Location: It is good that there is a supermarket nearby and an ATM. Breakfast: This is the highlight of the stay. It offers a fine selection of pastry, savoury stuff, eggs in all shapes and sizes and 3 varieties of juices and tea and coffee. I am pretty sure you will find something to your taste. Room: It was very big and the AC worked properly. The TV was big enough and the fridge worked fine. Bathroom: There was always hot water and the toilet flushed properly. The shower cabin was properly sized. Staff: They were helpful and nice.

Location: It was a bit far from the city centre.

Staff was incredible! I had an important early meeting and taxis were not available. The manager himself and another staff member (don't know his name) gave me a ride and I was able to get on time. I was really grateful 😊 The room is very comfortable, good bed and amazing shower! Everything was very clean.

The hotel is a little far from old town and other turistic places. However, taxis are quite cheap and the staff lady always called taxi for me 😊 The air conditioner was a little bit noisy. The worst thing was the internet!!! It was always failing inside the room... I think this a big NO in 2023... Breakfast is good, but I would like to have more options (especially other types of bread). But its just a suggestion.

Great receptionists, they are certainly picked wisely! Friendly, helpful and representative for elite olave.

Breakfast would be an extra 20/30lv. I can imagine that some that reserve a room overeat. There are other ways to not suffer damages then to jack-up the price of breakfast/not include it in a room of 114,- lv. especially when there is only one person using it.

The receptionist lady is very friendly. She is very helpful in every way.The hotel is clean and tidy and all appliances in the room work properly.Thank you for everything.🙏🙏🙏

The girl that checked us in was very helpful ,probably the best thing during the stay.

Check out person didn't even look up when we handed over the keys . No breakfast for that price was a bit surprising. Room was cold, central heating couldn't be adjusted, or at least I couldn't. No extra blanket.

It was a clean and reasonably sized room. It would be better if the hotel could have a bottle opener and provisions for some coffee/tea in the room with a small kettle.

It was okay for what I have paid—reasonably good breakfast with pleasant staff.

The room was nice. The check-in altho a bit long was also fine. The breakfast (until 10.30am) was standard, but included in the price.

The location is the only real problem of that place, as it is far away from the centre.

Great room, a nice big balcony and great people. Breakfast was also very good. We’ll return for sure!

There was no air conditioning in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable but it’s not full blown summer yet, so we managed :)

Nice decorated rooms but relative small. Everything in the room looks new and well maintenent also the beds are very comfortable.

The lack of a restaurant.

we book two rooms triple and double. rooms were big and conformable breakfast was good.unfortunately we could not use the spa because of covid restrictions. reception was helpful. people were friendly.
