We loved our room and it was really nice to have kangaroos roaming around on the grounds. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean.

When we arrived it wasn’t easy to find reception and the receptionist was aloof and didn’t seem that interested as we were checking into the Sebel and not The Vines. It would have been helpful to know that there weren’t lifts to the upper floor rooms as getting our luggage up and down the stairs to the room was difficult .

2-bedroom apartment is good-sized and good for families. Supplies and amenities are generally well-provided. Nice to see the kangaroos in the morning from the balcony/patio.

Not so ready for babies/toddlers. Requested for a cot but it wasn’t there at check in. Called front desk and it took a while to arrive. Staff left us with a folded up cot and expected us to fix it ourselves. After fixing, we realised there were no bedding for the infant cot, so we had to call them again 🫠. Check-in was not convenient as it’s at Novotel, and there was no lift/elevator so we had to carry all the luggages up while juggling children. Carpark is mostly full so we had to park a lot further away from our apartment.

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in, was well laid out, and good sites, lovely balcony overlooking golf course, huge king, size bed, separate bathroom, and separate toilet, making a great place to stay for the week. Having a swimming pool available on site, althoughat least 100 m away, was great given the hot weather.

The price was very high, given the facilities and standard. Although very good, probably not quite worth more than $300 a night. Also, the room probably needs a little bit of work, such as some big stains on the carpet, and not having a coffee, plunger or coffee machine seemed strange at that price point.

I liked the layout and the space. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were good, but the dryer turner kept coming off.

The room service menu wasn't very good when it came to options. I felt there were more options for alcohol and drinks then there was for food. The toilet was too small because of the way the door operated. If the door was a "barn style" slider, or if the door opened out into the hall it would have been fine, but having the door open into the toilet we had to stand over the toilet to close the door, and my grandma is tiny, so if she couldn't even get in the toilet properly then that is an issue. Also, a list of extensions to get hold of the room service or reception next to the phone would have been better. I had to google the numbers to call and half the time they never answered. Parking was horrendous.

We received a very friendly greeting at reception (reception desk is in the Novotel) and given great directions regarding the amenities at the resort. Our studio apartment was great - very comfortable with an outdoor patio (not much of a view as we were right next to the golf course with a grass mound directly in front). Good amenities in the room plus the pool, golf course and tennis courts were all in good condition and well maintained. At sunset, the kangaroos and birds take over the golf course - great for nature lovers.

There was a wedding party in the rooms next door and they were very noisy until late on our first night (we didn’t call reception so didn’t test what action they would take). Sun beds around the pool not particularly comfortable.

Loved so much about the property from, location from town, breweries, wineries, airport, beach and lake to the onsite breakfast buffet. The pool was great the family spent alot of downtime hopping between spa and pool. Waking up first thing watching the kangaroos bounce around was so good. The staff were extremely accommodating when we asked for a fan or an hour later check out. Cant wait to stay there again.

Foxtel on the tv would’ve been great for movies with the kids at night or Netflix options

Spacious Studio with balcony. Modern with great furnishings.

Check in and out is at The Vines resort, so allow additional time for this. No servicing of room which is ok, but not enough basics like toilet paper, dish wash, etc provided and only 1 towel each for the week.

Close to everything in the Swan valley. The room was well sized and we liked the facilities. There is a gym, a spa, and more that we utilised during our stay and they were all clean and well maintained

Small things could be fixed such as the water pressure in the shower but other than that everything was pretty good

Beds very comfortable, layout and space of unit adequate for our needs. Being able to us The Novatel facilities a bonus.Guest laundry a plus. Watching wild life from terrace an extra bonus.

On the second floor, so lugging up large bags not fun. No lift to help with this. Stairs could have done with a cacum.

Property was very spacious and clean. We were a bit apprehensive about going as had seen some terrible reviews. The toilet in the room was a bit small, but apart from that we had everything we needed. We stayed for 4 nights and I would have been happy to stay for another 4 nights. Really enjoyed our stay.
