I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I would gladly return. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, thanks to Khaled, the Guest Relations Manager, whose hospitality made a great first impression. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooftop seating area was a highlight, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall experience. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The absence of a swimming pool was disappointing, and the gym facilities were quite basic, falling below the standard one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was top-notch. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location.

The location is excellent and very near to the center...many restaurants and sweet shops around. The staff is friendly and highly professional starting from the receptionists who were very helpful and very fast finishing the check in. Room service very good.. the chefs and waiters in morning open buffet were very friendly and sweethearts working like bees to fulfill the demands of the customers. I like the teamwork and congratulations to this hotel management for this excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel for peaceful stay in beautiful Bursa.thank you for making our stay a beautiful memory to remember and share with our lovers.

My stay at Holiday Inn Bursa was delightful! The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating and going beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. It has a car park. We used uber to go to the city centre. It costs 70-80 TR. Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Bursa for a fantastic stay in this vibrant city.

The room temperature was too hot

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the holiday Inn - Bursa. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Special thanks to Mr. Khalid Tateri for his proficiency in his work and for the help he offered to get a comfortable stay. He also helped us in booking transportation to Istanbul. Thank you! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Will recommend to my colleagues! Positives: - Location: In the center. The staff was kind and polite. Never missed a smile. I booked a family room of 4. The room was clean with a nice mountain view. A shawarma restaurant was right next to the hotel so we didnt have to walk around to find a restaurant since we arrived quite late at night and most shops were closed. Breakfast was also good with reasonable price and kids below 12 eat for free.

The room that we got had a big pillar structure in middle of the room that occupied the room space. But it wasnt a big deal since we spent most of the time outside enjoying ourselves.

I want to give my special thanks to Mr. Halit Tatari, because after I had a minor accident with my car at Hotel parking at my last day at the Hotel, he did everything he could to help me so that my positive opinion for this marvellous Hotel would continue.

They should give more attention to the entrance of the car parking.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! It's in a great location, the breakfast was delicious, and the room amenities were top-notch. The valet parking service was very helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here; it's conveniently walkable to malls, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, I did find the parking entrance to be a bit tight, and it's situated close to a highway, so it's important to stay aware of high-speed cars approaching from behind.

All in all it was a good stay with my family. The free drinks at the bar was nice. The location was good and staff very helpful and polite

The breakfast could be improved. Like replenishing the food plates when they are empty. And add a bit more variety would be nice. The bf rate was a bit on the high end in terms of value for money.
