Very engaging owner upon arrival. Pleasantly surprised to find a fully renovated room. They did not spare anything with their renovation. That included an acrylic soaker tub and some very nice tile work. Mattress and linens were next to new and everything was very clean.

The only reason I gave a 8 on comfort was because it was cold on arrival. In fairness I was there in less than 30 minutes after booking, so there was no time for them to prep. They did have an auxiliary heater which warmed it up quickly. I understand the need to conserve energy when it is unoccupied.

I didn't have breakfast. The location is excellent. The room I stayed in had been recently redone with new paint. The bathroom was excellent, fully renovated with white tile throughout and looked sparkling clean. The staff I met were very helpful and courteous. The TV and internet services were good. It was great to look outside the window in the morning and see beautiful Lake Skaha.

I couldn't get the Keurig coffeemaker to work, although I followed all the instructions. I would have preferred a paler yellow paint with the mauve walls.

The room was completely renovated including a new bed. Room had a blackout blind which is very much needed in Osoyoos. I liked the space between the pool area and the rooms. Noise from pool areas in the summer can be a problem in some hotels but not here. I have stayed at three other hotels in Osoyoos and this has been the best so far in my opinion. There is a washing machine and dryer that are free to use and soap and dryer sheets were available in a vending machine, Very handy when staying for more than a week. Reception staff were always willing to help, even giving us there own tea bags when i asked if there was any tea!

Room service was limited to start with, but got better later on in our stay. I don't think they were used to having people stay for more than a few nights. Ice was available at reception as the ice machine was broken on our visit.

Pet friendly and pet friendly green space just infront of the building. Super friendly owners renovated spacious modern rooms with dinner table fridge microwave coffee machine tv and in the bathroom everything you need to travel light. The owners gave me a $6 discount for staying a second night and booking it directly with them not via booking. I am impressed!!!

It's not in the centre but it's only a 20 minutes walk down the hill to the centre. No black out curtains.

The room I was given, 102 was either redone recently or has been very well kept up. At the price versus other hotels in the area, in October at least, as long as the room is representative of the rest, this will be my choice in Osoyoos.

I received a message advising me to check the website for check in times, but never found a check in time there. The message did specify no later than 10PM (which is not unexpected at a family run property) They did send a message early on the day of arrival asking when I would be there but I couldn't answer it as I did not know. The lobby had a check in time posted, the form at check in had a different time. (one was 4pm, the other was 5pm). Check out time was 10AM which is pushing too early.

Was such a pleasant stay! We had our room upgraded and it was really nice, rooms were clean and well kept. Had AC and multiple fans to keep out the desert heat! had everything we needed. Quiet and relaxing. The pool area was well kept, even had a fire pit table which was nice to sit around at night. Close to everything and the property managers went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend ! Will definitely come back.

I would highly recommend this accomodation. It is centrally located so easy to find. The motel is much more attractive than shown in the photos, with the centre piece being a lovely pool and green shady area to sit. The host was wonderfully accomodating, ensuring we made good use of the pool. The units were perfect for our needs, modern and clean. Our room was quite small but had everything. The other family suite we booked was spacious. Decor is crisp. We ate at the on-site restaurant for a classic cooked breakfast with a very full menu and excellent service. Plenty of parking very close to the units. The motel would be a very comfortable base from which to explore the region.

Very thoughtful kind manager who truly went out of his way to make our stay so wonderful. We loved the swimming pool, its clean and a great place to spend time with family. The whole grass seating area was lovely too. The fruit stand across the road is fantastic, as is the great Mexican Food over there which is fun to bring back and eat in the patio zone. Nice to have been offered towels for pool use. We will book ahead for next summer soon and look forward to a predictably good family centred time.

The room with the kitchenette was SUPER SMALL and truly we had no room when the sofa bed was used. We had wanted a two bed room and don't really understand why we did not get that option? The motel was not full by any stretch. Did not like the cumbersome checkin process either. That could easily be streamlined. Did not like the lack of a broom for our three night stay or our rooms not being cleaned or touched up at all. Larger fridges in the kitchenettes would be good.

At this family-run hotel, you will experience warm hospitality with friendly owners who take a personal interest in each guest. The rooms are updated, and the bedding is extremely comfortable. Outside, there is a beautiful pool/patio with a lovely shaded area and outdoor seating. Lastly, the location is excellent with a great restaurant within steps of the hotel. I highly recommend the Westridge Motor Inn.

The room had been updated and was clean and met my expectations ! The hosts were very friendly and easy to chat with. There was A/C which made the room very comfortable. It is about. 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants, so location is good, and hotel was very quiet. Didn't notice traffic or other hotel guests. Great place to stay, would go back again and recommend to others.

People sat outside their rooms to smoke, which made it very uncomfortable for me as I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Although the A/C units were on the back of the rooms, it seemed to suck in some of the smoke, so every once in a while our room smelled of smoke. Suggestions made to owners to allow smoking away from the rooms, perhaps in a designated smoking area so this issue could be alleviated.
