Love the breakfast and the fact that it opened early and stayed open later on the weekend (till 10am). We were there for one of my kids' soccer tournaments and the breakfast options were great.... with the variety and with the easy choices like whole fruit, the refrigerator with small yogurts and milk cartons, the pancake maker machine and the attendant that was available to change the pancake batter bag for the machine. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly (easy and nice people)! Like being able to check out boardgames! Also LOVED the little pantry/ store where you could buy a little something at similar price to the gas station so it wasn't off limits. The fact that that was available at all times and good variety... frozen chicken sandwich, hamburger, ramen, beef jerky, nuts, candy bars.... all great! And the computers right there in the lobby area and places to sit and commingle. Two thumbs up from our family!!!

Love the easy availability of ice and the water station across from the front desk but bc we were there for soccer tournaments, and bc it's Texas and you need to take a refillable water bottle with you everywhere you go, it would be cool if you guys had a water filling station... like the water fountain with a filler like at schools and the airport. I think the name brand is Elkjay or something like that. And maybe one or two more patio umbrellas at the pool.

The breakfast was awesome! Great variety,hot items were hot, cold items cold. Biscuits soft and warm, as was sausage, potatoes, pancakes. Atmosphere was nice. Staff was warm and kind from the beginning of check-in to checking out!!

I can't think of one thing negative to say here, if I could have stayed longer I definitely would have. I would stay again and recommend anyone looking. I had a good night's sleep, so quiet too!

The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the variety. I like having the coffee on the stand all day. Happy to bring my family from another hotel so we could be together in the lobby. All of the receptions were very nice. shout out to Brandon for his help with the air condition on our first night.

It was easy to get to and from the Freeway. It was close to the locations we wanted to go to. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Will definitely consider staying again when we happen to go back in that direction.

Location, friendliness of staff & cleanliness of room, lobby, gym & pool area. the size of the gym compared to other chains was impressive & very much appreciated. Also the bed & pillows were very comfortable. We experienced a great night of sleep with hardly any tossing & turning & awoke refreshed & free from our usual stiffness.

We could hear showers & alarms from neighboring rooms & footsteps of guests in the room above ours.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. Also the service was excellent. I needed a half hour after checkout to shower after a half marathon and they allowed me.

The bathroom in our room showed a lot of wear. Broken tile, missing grout, toilet ram the whole time. WiFi did not work at all.

Staff was wonderful! Friendly and helpful, superior customer service. Room was super clean with extra towels and toiletry, large TV screen, nice view and super quiet. Very happy. The breakfast was very nice, however we do not eat pork so had more trouble selecting food options. Without the dietary limitations this would have been perfect! They offered complimentary snacks and drinks and my kiddo was so excited about the stay there.

I personally found the beds to be too soft but I like hard mattresses as I suffer from back aches. Wish they had a non-pork meat option at breakfast (turkey sausage for example) but I wouldn’t decrease a point over that.

The breakfast are usually good. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous.

Bathroom floors were sticky. Not sure what they used to clean the floors, but it leaves them sticky.

I travel from El Paso, TX to San Antonio. This hotel is definitely one of the best ones we have stayed at. From the friendly staff to the cleanliness, everything was great.
