The staff was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable.

The bed frame was unsafe for pets. It was a metal frame with slats. The mattress on top shifted easily. It would be very easy for a dog to break a leg if it got caught in one of the slats. The hotel is being remodeled, and the front desk stated they were changing the bed frames. I won't stay there again with my pets unless I am sure this is done.

It was an overall above average stay. I would love to have had eggs for breakfast and half and half for the coffee but the eggs weren’t expected. The other options were adequate and included the usual breakfast expectations. The outside decor and lighting are very welcoming.

Dawn was working the desk whe we arrived and she was great! Made us feel welcome, made check in easy (booked through a 3rd party, but was not in the system), and she made us laugh.

Nothing to dislike. It's nit a fancy place, but it was everything we wanted and it is convenient to all the Gettysburg sites and downtown.

Closeness to historic places without the loud noise of 18 wheelers that now buzz down sweet Gettysbyrg. Very sad. This hotel keeps you away from that constant disruption. Quiet and affordable.

Needed a but more healthy options for breakfast...fruit. hard boiled eggs. Perhaps better cereal options

The bed was comfortable, and the room was very spacious and big. And the staff everyone was so helpful. And the young man at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the history of Lancaster but also, Gettysburg. And I enjoyed the variety of all the items for breakfast. Everyone was very helpful I would, come there and book a room at the hotel again.

If maybe you would’ve had either like a waffle maker, or a pancake maker to have a little something warm with breakfast. That would’ve been nice, but everything was pretty much just right on spot, and so many ways.

I liked the pricing and the location of the facility. It was within a 10-minute Drive of all the major Gettysburg attractions. The staff was very nice and the facility was pet friendly

The property is a bit run down and could use some renovations to the rooms.

I had low expectations for a 2 star hotel, but in comparison to a rival facility in a different city, this was perfect: no mice, working appliances, not leaking ac, clean and draining shower, etc. Also loved the indoor pool and extensive breakfast options

Very clean nice rooms, nice hard floors, no carpet in room. Very quiet, great location, right in the heart of gettysburg.

Bed was extremely hard, small pillows, breakfast bar juice machine broke, no juices.

The room was clean and quite. The staff is top notch, they are really helpful in answering questions. I had a couple of small issues in my room, however the staff came right up and took care of it.

I was there for four nights, and never had the room cleaned. It states after three nights to expect service, well that didn't happen. The pillows are terrible, I would suggest the hotel to consider replacing them.

The staff was very nice. They let me take my kids to swim after the pool was supposed to be closed. The breakfast was very good and it was only 4 minutes from the center of town.
