Aesthetically the establishment looks like a sketchy place to stay at first (it looks like a 1990s McDonald's kids playground color scheme and set up). But when you consider its location (high quality companies), and the other aspects of it, it feels less like a haphazard place to stay and just like any other more reputable place to stay. The instructions on how to properly close your door were funny to review, but even in nicer brand name hotels you can find yourself in a tricky situation, it's all about being aware.

Venue looks like a refitted former officer building. The color coordination resembles more like a car that's been kept in a family for years and each owner added a newer piece to keep the car running, but nothing looks like it goes together.

The artwork in every design detail was a delight - an artist was here, and they impressed their vision in a most wonderful way. An ice machine on my level would have been awesome tho, lol

booking.com said you had to request on-site parking, so I was nervous I’d need to park somewhere else. We were tired from lots of driving - it should be made clearer that you can park there.

-Location is convenient to the Interstate. -Bed was extremely comfortable. -Hotel is very clean. -Ample parking inside their parking garage area. -Courteous service from the front desk and cleaning crew. -Area provided several great restaurants and stores within walking distance.

-Furniture in room was old and worn with physical signs of damage. -Room did not have a closet or anywhere to hang clothes. -Water pressure in shower was abysmal. -Parking lot has 5 spaces in front of building. Getting into the lot is difficult because of the amount of traffic. (after checking in, garage has ample space).

It was close to the venue. Hotel was quiet and convenient to a lot of things. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Snacks offered at checkin and checkout.Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Liked the tiled floors vs carpet.

It is an older hotel but is being updated. No access to the hotel from the parking lots so. No directions to guide you to the hotel entrances from the parking area and you have to walk through an alley/cut through to the front or around the side. No towel rack in the bathroom to place items to dry. Exiting the parking lot can be a bit daunting if cars are parked on the street you can't see oncoming traffic from one direction. Had to ask for the 2nd room key at checkin.

Great location to The Mann. It’s not new/updated but it was pretty clean considering the price - no complaints. Clean sheets & towels, etc.

The parking would be my only issue - once their lot is full, you have to park across the street in Chili’s parking lot. However, when I went in to see if there was any spaces at all, one of the employees (Key) kindly moved his car & let me park in his spot. So to me, that alone deserves a 5 ⭐️ rating! He went above & beyond & was so kind. Also the owner was super cool! They changed our rooms so I could be next to my friends, offered cold water & snacks & had juices etc for free AND he was just very polite & accommodating. I highly recommend staying here for an inexpensive room close to The Mann & other Philly attractions!

This was my first time traveling alone, and I was trying to find a safe place since I have to a bit more cautious as a single woman. I felt generally safe at this property. However, there were times I felt I had to be cautious due to the people at the gas station or outside of the property. Overall, I felt generally safe.

Too expensive for the quality of the place. I paid about $170 a night for 4 nights which added up to be way too expensive for a place like this. No closet.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in!! From the first to the last interactions with the super incredibly helpful knowledgeable friendly staff made this vacation easy enjoyable memorable. Do not go anywhere But here if you want good value for your money. Anything you need is from walking distance restaurants, banks, gas station, dispensary 😁😊 I'm definitely returning to visit Philadelphia and when I do I'm definitely going tback Philly Inn and suites bravo to staff and the property.

Access to property was awkard --might have been better if google had routed us so that we could have approached it from the other direction to make a right turn instead of a left turn onto the property. Also parking was awkward and tight. No breakfast, but there was a very nice bakery across the street and there were food options at the small market next door.

Came with my fiancé for 3 days and we loved the location, there were so many attractions to dine at that we didn’t have to order DoorDash, also this was an exceptional hotel experience, the facility was extremely cleaned with a lovely scent throughout the facility. Although it’s a non smoking facility the staff aren’t big if you smoke out front. The facility is so well maintenance that you don’t smell any smoker smell. I even loved the multiple kinds of art on the walls, it’s vibrant and much different from the traditional wall decor of a regular hotel stay. The rooms were perfect size with comfortable furniture and beds, and It was reassuring to see the housekeeping really cleaning daily as well. That confirmed so much for us about the cleanliness of the hotel and The staff were friendly and eager to help with any travel questions. Every visit will be a Philly inn one. Dont hesitate booking here! You definitely won’t be disappointed, 10000/10 stars! Thank you!
