The location of this hotel is bery strategic.Room was clean, had good flow of hot water for shower, tv had many channels.. i would like to HIGHLIGHT the staffs here ( YATI & DIVYA) was super friendly. They made us feel so welcomed..They were so kind,infact they guided and gave us alot of information about places around here.. 👍🏻👍🏻 to the staffs here! This hotel would definitely be my first option whenever i come here.

Overall everything was great except theres not hairdryers at the hotel..Perhaps management could consider this as the beach is near..Hence having hairdryers would be a great idea..

i love the location is very strategic .i can explore ferringhi beach within half day .and straight to penang road is like 30 minutes with local bus numb 101 .straight to bus terminal & airport with local bus numb 102 .and shout out to the staff .especially Kak Yati .they’re very friendly and helpful .everytime my husband out for work, i could spend hours with kak yati .feels like family ❤️thank you so much …

The location is good, not far away from the beach. Down is a convenient store and pizzeria.

The drinking water machine is constantly broken. Early Checkout was with a problem, because staff arrives only from 7.30. TV is not working.

Everything is absolutely superb. The hotel very clean as shown in the picture and not likely ‘indah khabar dari rupa’. From hotel, it’s take 5 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes to starbucks and there are many choices for restaurant around the hotel.

The payment was smoothly made via Booking.com and I don't have to hassle and gave my private driver petty cash to pay for the accommodation. Being the location near luxury hotels that my boss go to, it is a perfect choice for a budget hotel to place my staff and private drivers.
