Hotel is very centrally located, clean, welcoming staff. Room was air conditioned and bathroom had good shower with room service every day. Drinking water was provided every day for use in the room and with coffee machine. We brought the wrong plug adapter but reception allowed us to borrow two of theirs for the duration of our stay. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Lovely view from the rooftop bar and 10% discount for residents on food and drink (we didn't eat here so no review on food).

Room was small but adequate, no tables beside the bed to put alarm clock, watch, tissues, water etc on but there is a high shelf above bed but is awkward in the middle of the night. Coffee machine has no milk facility and ran out of beans after 4 cups and wasn't refilled. No fridge. Standard Europe adapter plugs (type C) don't work, you need type E which has a hole in the middle top for the earth pin to fit into.

Excellent location for the Old Town of Lyon, and a very easy journey from and to Lyon Part Dieu station using the C38 bus. The stop is a few steps away from the hotel door. The Metro line station is also very close by (Hotel de Ville). Our room was on the fifth floor, spacious and extremely comfortable, and very clean. The unusual layout was a welcome surprise. The air conditioning was efficient and very quiet.The staff we met each day were all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast price of 24 Euros was off-putting, so we did not choose this option, especially as there are so many appealing cafes nearby. The rooftop restaurant isn’t open on Sundays and Mondays and although there is a beautiful rooftop terrace to sit on, you’re not allowed to use it on those days.

Room and bathroom were great. Very clean property and loved the free water. Had a king sized bed, an amazing sauna to ourselves with great gym. Staff were also wonderful and found the lox very centrally located to everything we needed. Would 100% stay again

Didn’t like that our bedroom windows opened up to the common room couch right next to us. But not a big deal as we kept the curtains closed so no one could see into the room

Location is excellent. We come quite often to Lyon, this hotel is really well located regarding food, culture, shopping. Staff were generally friendly (notably the lady on Sunday morning who kept our bags and remembered our names), manager was very good. Nice view from the rooftop cafe/restaurant.

Some rooms have views onto the front street (nice but can also be a tad noisy at night, not with traffic but with drunken shouting from the main street a bit further down) others look onto a rather old building in the back. Not clear when booking.

We loved that location of the hotel and the unique style of the hotel. We chose the hotel because of the roof terrace. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, but we would have breakfast elsewhere.

The staff at breakfast seemed disinterested. We weren't directed to a table, and we weren't given any details of what was available. I would have expected more choice than there was. The bar staff on the roof terrace seemed a little overwhelmed.

Great location, easy access to Vieux Lyon and main sights. Hotel seems new or recently renovated. Refined boutique hotel feel. Rooms are spacious and bright (if you stay away from the corner rooms that are awful), equipped with amazing coffee machine (grinds fresh beans!) very comfortable bed, and great bathroom. The rooftop is very nice.

Our first room, n. 40, was awful. Smelled like it hadn't seen fresh air for a long time. There is a tiny window in the far back of the room which is too small to bring natural light. The bed is flush against 3 walls which makes the room feel very claustrophobic. We were switched to 48 which was perfect, bright and spacious. Those rooms (20, 30 , 40 etc) should not be at the same rate. More importantly, since we booked last minute and there was a lot of availability (as per Booking) why on earth would the staff put us in the worse room when others are available and would be unoccupied??

A hotel with a great location. Old town near the main street with shops. There is a great view from the breakfast terrace. The rooms are well cleaned. Everyone is kind. You can sleep well and take a good shower.

Breakfast is very expensive, monotonous. After 3 days breakfast start to get bored. The fruit is not fresh. The room could be renovated because the hotel is expensive. It was difficult to make an invoice, the hotel also charge an additional 100 euro deposit, it is not clear for what. You will have to dealing with it.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, very central and near the old town.

I expected that as a 4 star hotel was going to have more amenities, like sleepers etc and also a mini fridge. We tried to have lunch in the restaurant but unfortunately it was booked for a business meeting. I didn't like the view, as from the window all you could see was an unattended inner garden and walls.

The location was very good as it's in the Presqu'ile area and is very close to the tourist sites and restaurants. The staff were also friendly and helpful, in particular the guy who helped us checked out and helped to accommodate a request to mail a postcard.

The mattress of the bed was too hard; the configuration of the room was strange - we had the bathroom directly at the foot of the bed. I requested a special surprise for my husband's birthday at the rooftop bar but it was not accommodated.
