Charming and very clean hotel in the best location in old town, walk to everything. Our room, while not very large was well layed out and confortable. The bathroom was comfortable with plenty of counter space for toileteries.

We loved the quality of the breakfast (breakfast was not inlcuded in the price), but we didn't like that it was either continental breakfast which didn't have much choice or a full breakfast which had more than we needed. I would have appreciated being able to order a la carte, or having a little buffet where we could takeonly and how much we wanted. Also, there was zero fruit with breakfast. I have not seen this anywhere in the world.

It was a great location, the room (a suite, actually) was incredibly spacious, and the building was really interesting because it was so old, with some original detail.

The breakfast was overpriced. A tiny piece of baguette with butter and jam and a small glass of juice with coffee for nearly 10 euros. And then the larger breakfast was super expensive and had way too much stuff. That left you with no good options. Also, it was too bad that there was no privacy in the room (courtyard view) if you opened the curtains. Cafe style curtains would have solve this problem.

This was a first for us we usually stay outside in a chateau we will definitely come back staff were really helpful definitely park across the road into the college hotel The car lift is an experience not to miss Fab location good shops and restaurants our light suite could have slept four it was beautiful fab lighting good kitchen two bathrooms a real gem in the centre of Lyon The breakfast was worth staying for three courses we will definitely go back

The hotel is located in the center of the old town. The hotel is made as if you live in a tower, which is great. It is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, but the hotel is quiet and cozy. There are attractions near the hotel. The staff is polite and ready to help.

The room is very small. There was sewerage smell from the shower. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, just a soap.

Loved the place! Amazing architecture from the medival times that has been preserved. The hotel is located in the heart of the old district, within a short walking distance to all historical landmarks. Quiet rooms with super comfortable beds. Every detail of the room's interior is thought through. Excellent breakfasts, very fresh and in French style. The staff is super friendly and service-oriented. My stay really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Second stay in a week. Much improved. Was given a room upgrade and air conditioning better. I think the rooms and system are quite new and the staff have not quite got the hang of it yet. Probably will settle down in the warmer weather. Staff very helpful and polite.

Just the aircon needs to be better managed and explained. Not clear which elements are controlled centrally and in the room?

The location in the Vieux Lyon is excellent to move around. The hotel itself just opened some months ago after whole refurbishment of an old college. The work that has been done is amazing. The rooms are chic without ostentation. The staff has been absolutely great. They took time every time we had questions. Our room was just amazing: spacious, practical and comfortable.

We had the light suite which was very roomy and open with large windows facing the quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was awesome on the edge of the old district. Interesting history to the building with updated rooms,

Temperature control and lighting was a bit complicated

The staff were exceptional , special thanks to Daniel and Rose , nothing was too much trouble, all young people with English skills which was very helpful.The location in the old city was beautiful.

Just be aware if you take the room on the ground floor it has no window.

Hotel well located in the old town. Lovely old building that has been beautifully renovated. We were upgraded to a very large room with a King bed and a second room with corner lounge that I assume could be 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.
