I really appreciated the warm hospitality and helpful staff. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The convenient location and easy check-in/check-out process made my stay enjoyable.

it was conveniently located. I forgot to bring a pair of shoes and there was a DSW five minutes away.

if I had any compliance, which I don’t have, the bathroom was small. The sink was outside the bathroom and shower.

The bed was comfortable, pool was clean and big, very family friendly.

The one thing I didn’t like was the coffee maker hasn’t been cleans in months! And the room was okay clean but for a hotel it should be a lot cleaner.

I like the area it is located at. I like the cook that came out and brought me my food.

The room wasn't the cleanest. The guy at the check-in was not the most pleasant. And they were short staff so we waited a long time for our food.

It was located in close proximity to our family reunion activities. The room was just right, very comfortable and quiet.

One elevator working and had to use laundry and another location but was walking distance

It is not a buffet but a credit on the bill that you use to purchase breakfast. More like a restaurant.

I have not received my deposit i paid at the hotel and the hotel is not providing any help to facilitate the money they took from me as deposit

I booked this room last minute for a concert over the weekend and i will definitely stay here again the room was spotless and the staff was great!!
