Perfect location property was lovely and clean not sure about the washer, cooker or microwave as we didn’t use them

Could of done with better seating but saying that it wa last ideal for 2 people will book a bigger apartment if one is available

it was soooo clean and well laid out. the kitchen area was stocked and easy to use, little details like packets of salt and pepper so I didn’t have to buy any. Damon went through the room to explain everything. The keyless entry to the building and my room was a bonus!! Working Window was a great relief, and it was 2 minute walk to the beach. it was quite central to everywhere I wanted to go, lots of pubs and eateries, shops, etc. Damon was also quick to respond when I had questions.

when people staying above me dropped anything it was quite loud in my apartment. other than that, I have nothing negative to say about my stay.

The apartment was really clean upon arrival and is modernised throughout. I couldn't fault the apartment at all during our stay it had all the we could need, a mini home from home. The location was good too, 50 yards from the main shopping promenade and 70 yards from the sea front. It had really soft bedding too, a nice little touch when taking a mini break. Would recommend if planning a trip to Great Yarmouth.

I booked this apartment for the weekend to celebrate my daughters 2nd birthday. The apartment met my expectations and it was lovely! Met the manager on arrival who was polite and gave me all information needed. The rooms were clean and even got complementary drinks and snacks to settle us in with. The location is FAB. 2 second walk around the corner and your on the marine front, right outside the pier... Great Yarmouth is a lovely place to visit as a family or couple. All pictures you see online is exactly what it looks like inside so get booking now for your visit. I will be back soon & thank you for having us!

Clean and comfortable apartment everything that you would need in one place.

Bathroom could do with having a shower mat to put in the bath as it can be Slippy.

Tidy apartment with nice layout. Comfortable bed, sofa and dining table. Kitchen OK.

The location isn’t the best. The car park is a mess, filled with litter and not a pleasant experience. Stay inside after dark!

Clean and modern. Well stocked with tea bags and water and diet coke. Great that there was a fan in the bedroom and Aircon in the living area. Great location minutes from sea front. Lights in wardrobe. Body wash and shampoo provided. All extra touches were great

Hard to find as in a dead end so hard to locate carpark ! Apartments were lovely but alot of rubbish outside on streets ( Not their fault obviously) No complaints

The apt. was spotless and a few minutes walk to shops and the front. Damon could not do enough to make sure everything was OK. Always on end of phone if needed. Apartment has everything you could need and the best beds I have had in holiday accommodation. Five stars on everything even the weather. Thanks for a great holday. the property was very clean and tidy. it had everything we needed and lots of lovely touches. There was tea and coffee also cans of Diet Coke and water in the fridge. it was just perfect for me and my family. The children were very happy during their stay. It was so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The property also had air conditioning which was good

It was a great location and everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The room was clean and the facilities seemed like they were all fairly new. It was a nice touch to be given bits like washing up liquid and washing tablets.

The only suggestion I would make would be to add a tea towel to the kitchen area other than that everything was great
