The manager Tilemachos was very helpful especially organising our package breakfast, early ferry, and Valerie being ceoliac and helping with our luggage during a power cut. The food in the restuarant was very good.

There was a priority to design, looks and tecnology at the cost of comfort and ease of use. For example we had to put our spectacles on to work the lights on a complicated panel. The sliding door to the bathroom was noisy. No holder for toiletries in the shower. There was a lack of sufficient hand holds for us older people.

This hotel is really nice, great location close to ferries.Beautiful design. So cute! We stayed for 1 night only. The dinner in the restaurant was Amazing. Congratulation!! The terrace was beautiful. We liked it all in all really.

At the breakfast the amount of food is small so the guests have to wait until they bring more food. I had to ask the lady at the breakfast twice for milk as they dont keep it outside of fridge so it seems as you are asking for something special - they have to bring it from the bar. When I told the lady menager of the breakfast that they need to have milk for guests she said that they keep it in the fridge as outside is too warm? Never heard of something like that. Hotels take care of these things. It looked as if they are saving on food and milk and thats not a good picture for 4 star hotel - for any hotel.

All the staff were excellent - polite and extremely helpful. An additional night in the same room was arranged without fuss at late notice. We needed to check out early before breakfast - a take away breakfast, including coffee, was made for us. The room was perfect with a very comfy bed. The sea view balcony had lots of space with table and chairs to sit and watch the boats.

Great hotel, very stylish and modern design. Smart room with modern comfortable furniture. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Air conditioning, big smart TV and a mini fridge are present in the room. It was very clean as well. Great breakfast options on the last floor of the accommodation with a great view of the harbor and the city of Volos.

There is nothing to note. I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation and I recommend it. It may seem a bit expensive for some visitors but it is a great hotel and the money you pay actually correspond to what you get.

It was a great hotel, clean with great views. Rooms were beautifully decorated.

In the room there were two normal coffee capsules and two decaffeinated ones. Since we are coffee drinkers I asked for two coffee capsules (I could give back the decaffeinated ones). However I had to pay an extra 6 euros. While this is a minor thing, it can make you laugh a bit to be honest, considering the hotel rank.

Great breakfast buffet and great service. Many good options and delicious honey and yoghurt. Good recommendations what to do in and around Volos. We especially enjoined our trip up the Pelion mountain behind Volos, incredible views, and then through the beautiful woods to the other side of the peninsula. The beaches are gorgeous, the best one is Megali Milopotamos

Good breakfast, parking space, helpfull staff

I had to change the dates and booking didn't inform me about the change in price. The change was confirmed, and months later upon arrival I had to pay a bit more. It was still ok, but what would I have done if it was suddenly way more expensive? The staff was helpfull and this seems to be a problem from booking and not the hotel

Nothing to dislike about the hotel The only downfall was that we couldn’t book the Millies train online to go up Pelion mountain so when we arrived the train was fully booked. What we didn’t realise was that when we headed back into Volos everything was closed as it was Sunday. If we had known beforehand we would have booked another trip for the Sunday.

Room was rather small for the price, especially compared to similarly priced other experiences

Check out 11:00 . But nothing else , this hotel is probably the best in Volos !
