The staff member that signed us in was very rude and not customer service friendly. She has no clue what customer service looks like. Front desk members should be the welcoming people of an organization. This lady needs training. She appeared to be overwhelmed, managing two customers and dealing with her child. It is not very professional that she has her child at the front desk while working. Bottom line, front desk staff should be much kinder to the patrons desiring to stay at the facility.

Breakfast was good , lady was very help with breakfast.

. I never complain because I know I have bad hearing. But the receptionist was just rude and gave me attitude. she treat with no manners. Didn’t even great me when I arrived. She just said give me your ID. I had my reservations in my hand. when I gave her my info. Lady said don’t want that. She rolled her eyes . She said give your ID with an attitude. Her eyes stand out because of her contacts on her eyes.

The room was clean and comfortable

The breakfast was awful. There wasn't enough food, nor was anyone cleaning or replenishing the area during breakfast, which was disappointing. There was food and spills all over the counter and floor. The pool was out of order, which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Also, I had to wait in a line outside at 12am. It's not a safe situation for a single woman to be in. The doors to get inside were locked, and I was in need of a restroom. I had to wait my turn to get my room key and then hold it until I got to my room.

It was quiet and very clean. The air conditioner worked overtime as the temps were very high and it worked great. The refrigerator holds a lot of water and kept the water very cold. It was ground floor rooms and there were no stairs or an elevator to handle.

We are just not used to that much traffic! WOW.

Excellent value for money, super clean, spacious rooms, laundry service, candy machine, parking in front of your room, I would come back without hesitation. Thank you very much.

.The attention of the staff at the time of check in, terrible service, super rude, they throw your documents at you, they raise their voices too much, bad service. Bad aptitud.

Staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

The doors needed upgrading as the seal was completely gone, so you could hear everybody else’s doors slamming and clearly hear anybody walking past and talking in front of the door especially in the morning. Breakfast was also pretty limited.

Staff was nice, my room was for the most part clean other than the floor could have used a good mopping. There’s was no noise. All guest were pleasant. Outside landscaping was well kept clean inside and out.

Housekeeping tried coming in around 930am. I was in the bathroom yelling that I was coming because I was sure who was knocking. I get ppl check out early and there’s an urgency to turn down rooms. But maybe a call or maybe alerting guest that house keeping May start earlier.

Good location for a quick drive into Philadelphia or Adventure Aquarium. Many dining options and Top Golf nearby. Nice to have breakfast options, with plenty of seating in the lobby. Affordable cost.

Room wasn't as clean as it could be (dried dirt smears on the floor). Mattress was good but pillows were uncomfortable. Overall very satisfied though.

Convenient option very close to Philadelphia. Comfortable, clean and in good conditions. A plus the breakfast to start the day at least with something :)

The bathroom could be improved a little bit considering that the bedroom seems to have been renovated, but nothing serious.

it was clean and well equipped

the front desk receptionist was an awful human being, she was rude and not helpful, not only with me but also with an old man who was having an inquiry. I checked in around 9-10 pm and it was heavily raining and she didn’t want to help me out to make a reservation, asking me to do it through an app, however my internet connection wasn’t stable.
