The property was beautiful and perfectly located at Medano beach. Beverages were readily available. The food was well prepared with a good variety. The pool was expertly cleaned daily and had enough lounge chairs around the pool. If we go back to Cabo we would likely stay here.

The main facility needs to have two new elevators around the sides, so you don't feel like your walking through a mouse maze for a couple of minutes. This applies to the upper floors. There are plenty of stairs, but most folks don't want to climb stairs to the sixth floor. PB has rules for towels and lounge chair usage, but they're not enforced. Pretty limited selection of liquor for the all-inclusive.

I liked the food. The staff was excellent and the beach help works so hard. Ivan and Juan were incredible Slow service with other beach help. Arrival is tough. You are tired, the room wasn’t ready, the lady jumps to sign you up for excursions and time share. Too much. You need to relax and have the new guests escorted to an area to drink and eat and relax.

The location is perfect right on Medono Beach. They're lots activities nearby. The food is fantastic, and the service is also impeccable. The staff treats you like family and always make sure you're having a good time. Poolside service Is excellent, And being able to go to two other sister resorts was an fabulous bonus! We will return !

Lots of grad week students when we went ( June.) it made it incredibly chaotic and very loud during the evening. This of course is not any fault of the hotel. However, this resulted in long lineups at the bar and a lot of screaming and banging on our door in the middle of night. We look forward to coming back during a quieter time.

The properties are all beautiful. We got to explore all three locations. Free shuttle service on their app. We were upgraded to a luxury family suite. Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, full size refrigerator , stove, microwave, living room with sofa bed. The balcony view was amazing, facing the pools and ocean. The only issue we had was the first two nights the air conditioner was not working . But the fixed it and we were able to tolerate the heat. I would definitely go back.

I don't like the fact they post signs on chairs saying do not save chairs with towels, yet when you go down in the morning they've already placed towels saved on many chairs, No one shows up for hours and they say these are for VIP guests. Why don't they just have an area for these people like most resorts do. Then you know right away.

The food was good, the room was nice, The location was beautiful. We enjoyed taking a boat ride out to the Arches. I had never done an all inclusive type a stay and it met my needs to have a relaxed trip. We wanted to go stargazing (the concierge had no information). The food could have been better and had more choices for us. There were not enough choices for people who don't eat meat (vegetarian + seafood). It was fun, at times, to have the music going, but there was no quiet time. Also, had to scrounge for seats, especially in the shade. We took a local bus to San Jose. It was easy and inexpensive, but the concierge had no information other than advice to take a taxi or tour.

The location was great! This is on one of the few beaches you can swim on and we walked to the marina and downtown. It’s also located where Uber is only $5 USD to most anywhere in Cabo proper.

I don’t really have any complaints at all. We really enjoyed our stay and this place even has parakeets in large cast iron cages and koi ponds which really enhance the atmosphere and experience.

The rooms are outdated for the price. I come to relax and enjoy my privilege of having a cocktail and a smoke. However, I didn't know it's now become an non smoking facility. I think you could have a smoking area for people like myself and not on a bench out by the driveway! By the pool and beachside would be pleasant. The buffet food could be hotter. The bread selection was hard and some old. I loved my server, Asral, and Carlos. My housekeeper was wonderful.

Loved being steps from a Swimable beach, staff were extra friendly (Adrian was so helpful and kind.) most customers had returned year after year & were also friendly & helpful… loved the activities love trying out the other resorts the bus that transported was in amazing shape and the resort on the cliff with the fabulous market (lobby) & incredible skybar …it was all so different but also amazing.

Room had a musty smell probably because it was close to the beach. Sitting at the beach there were sooo many vendors was hard to relax or have a conversation without being interrupted often

Great selection of restaurants with the ability to dine at the sister resort next door or take a shuttle to the Sunset on the Pacific side. Clean gym gym with updated equipment and a rooftop tennis court. It is right on the beach and has a large pool. A short walk to town (or inexpensive uber ride).Friendly staff.As there were 7 of us we took the all inclusive option and it made it easy not to have to worry about deciding where to eat. The room did have a micro, stove top and fridge but we didn’t use anything but the fridge.
