The photos are exactly what we received. We booked a room with 2 queen beds. The room and bathroom were clean, the AC was on (our visit was in July), the bed was comfortable, and it smelled clean. They also had towels/wash cloths available in the room and they replaced them while we were gone. There were small toiletries available, but I would still suggest bringing your own, but if you didn’t they are there. They also sell some travel sized toiletries and snacks in the lobby. We forgot toothpaste and went to buy some and the lady at the front desk gave us some complimentary, she was very nice upon check in and throughout our visit. I wish I got her name! Overall, we would definitely stay again if in town.

The only thing is that our bathroom door didn’t fully close and the toilet would run if we didn’t play with the lever a little bit. But these were minor inconveniences.

Front counter guy "Yogi"was awesome, friendly caring and always a smile......He allowed us early check-in, gave us an awesome room all way at quiet end and was quick to give us extra toiletries and little things we asked for! Staff is great here! Rooms are nice n clean simple but very nice n quiet and NO pet smells and smoking smells, breakfast was pretty good also!

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean. Location was great so close to everything we loved it. Went to downtown Dickson to some antique stores called yesterday's treasures such lovely people we got there a little before they were closing & the stayed opened a little longer so we could look around & some of the better sweet tea, & High cotton had such lovely homemade products. Definitely loved everything about our visit that we had with our visit to Dickson Tennessee. We loved our visit wished we had more time to stay. Will definitely be making another trip in the future & staying & Best Western.

There was nothing I didn't like. Great location, great price, felt safe, very clean, didn't worry my car was going to get broke into, great area, very well lit with lights at night, movie theater down the road, all restaurants & fast food right down right. Great location. This is absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a long time. My back didn't hurt from the bed. There's a small sofa to sit on & a desk chair. Just loved it. 😍

This was our first time here and unfortunately will probably be our last, as our daughter has bought a home and we will be staying there in the future. The location was excellent, in a pocket of restaurants and gas stations, not too far from the downtown area of Dickson. The room was decent sized and updated with multiple USB outlets. The breakfast was excellent, being hot and filling. The HVAC was perfect, having a choice of heat or A/C OR the perfect for those in-between seasons with an Automatic setting for cool mornings and warm afternoons.

The bathroom did not have an outlet for our traveling night light we use to go at night. It was a little small but acceptable.

Breakfast was the standard fare. Room spacious & clean. Towels could use refreshing, but were clean. Overall, great night's sleep after driving 700 miles. FYI, Booking.com rate was less than just showing up with AAA rate. Surprising that in person would have cost more.

Check-in was very slow. Desk clerk was very nice and tried hard. Not sure if it was computer or training issue. If you are going to keep plexiglass up, PLEASE cut hole in it, so communication back and forth can be heard!

I arrived about an hour and a half early. I didn't expect to be able to check in. But, I thought I'd ask anyway. The answer was an "early check in fee". Really? Room was ready to go. Charge a fee for an extra hour? However, did NOT detract from my overall experience. I was given 2 keys which, first night, I locked in my room. Told staff, and they immediately replaced those with 2 more. 2nd night, replacements did not work. Staff immediately fixed that. Outstanding!

Had all you would want except for gravy. Everything was good. The lady at the front desk was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful.

Booking got us the room, but was slow about notifying us so we booked with another service and the lady pressured us to book with them. She said there was no charge for cancelation if we were double booked which was a falsehood.

The location, the friendly staff and the amazing breakfast!!! The beds were so soft!!

The starling welcoming committee!! Lol!! I learned my lesson not to park under a tree. The outside of the hotel was a little run down, but I wasn't there to sleep outside.

Everything! The staff was full of smiles and great service. The lobby and room were spotless and it smelled good everywhere! The hot breakfast was outstanding and varied. The beds and AC were very comfortable and the name brand toiletries were very welcome

The hotel was quiet, clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was hot and fresh and served in an excellent environment. Even better there were no pesky television screens or noise in the dining area!
