Check-in was a breeze, and our room was clean. Beds were cozy.

The room, next to us, we assumed had a scheduled wake-up call, and the phone rang for a solid 20-minute never-ending. We checked out early, and the phone continued to ring as we exited our room. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they stated it was an employee room, and another employee was probably trying to get in touch.

The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfy, room was a good size and very clean.

The carpeting felt sticky like it needed to be cleaned. I thought maybe it was just the humidity given how hot it was outside. Could use a cleaning though.

Need to repair the sign at the entrance- it was dark and rainy when we arrived and your sign was not visible- lights are out - so it was hard to tell where the turn in was

So clean and friendly. Safe location. The staff was engaging and responsive from front desk to breakfast to housekeepers…all excellent.

There’s quite a bit of construction around, but not at this building. It was great.

Clean, good location.

The billing was a mess. We booked it through booking.com. The hotel charged our credit card saying they did not receive the money from booking.com. They should have straightened that out. Instead we had the runaround. I suggest booking directly with the hotel.

I enjoyed that non-smoking did mean exactly that. The bed covers did have cigarette burns on them but I usually bring my own blanket.

I wish the hotel specified that CC's are charged at 6pm to continue reservation: the king bed i reserved was given away but they had a Queen non-smoking available.

This is a comfortable, well run hotel just off I-40 and near the Dickson Tesla Supercharger. The room was comfortable and most things worked well.

There was not a lot to complain about at this location. The air conditioning was a little awkward. There was no fruit at the breakfast, and no almond milk was available.
