The staff are wonderful, friendly, and they work together so well, like family. Staff really made the most positive impact on this stay...thank you staff! The jacuzzi tub is double sized and definitely an upgrade from smaller "jacuzzi tubs" at other hotels. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff addressed concerns quickly and with such positive attitude. The little shop (food/drink) by the desk was nice to have, and although we did not use the fitness room, it appeared to be very nice...wish I'd had time for it. This may be the best budget option in Dickson.

We had an issue with the mattress in our initial room, but we were quickly moved to a new room without any issues. Staff were very helpful from the manager to the cleaners in this. The hotel is a little dated, but we do not mind dated as long as it is clean and the price is right...which it was! Breakfast was a little disappointing with the eggs and sausages (what ever happened to real eggs and real sausages....textures seemed off and we wondered if it was tvp or such in the sausage), but the cinnamon roll waffles were great, plus there were other options to try biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels, yogurt, etc.

Very nice looking property, entrance, rooms. Breakfast was exceptional and had a lot of selections. Staff were superior and so very nice. Excellent marks for cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable, nice pillows and blankets. Air conditioning was wonderful and not noisy. I was excited there was a pool and then there was no pool. It was huge, but not a drop of water in it. They were waiting for a liner for the pool. No ice available. The manager gave me a small bag from the back of their office which I thought was very nice. But, come on, fix the ice machine, the only one on property on the third floor!! Shower water pressure was next to nil. But, if you could reach down to the main spout and block it with your hand, the water pressure would increase out of the shower head to get the shampoo out of my hair. You have to have flexibility to do this move, however. Sink faucet had a constant slow drip, thankfully it wasn’t noisy. A call to a plumber would solve many of these issues and the value of cost would be where it should be with the price we payed.

See above, but to repeat, swimming pool was empty, the only ice machine didn’t work, water pressure in shower was a small drizzle, sink faucet had a constant drip (room 214).

The check-in was really fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very friendly. I took 3 of my grandchildren for a staycation so they could swim in the heated pool. They had a blast!! We will definitely be back!!

The only thing the kids complained about was that the pool was a little too warm....but that didn't stop them from having a great time.

The bed was lumpy and a little uncomfortable. The person at the desk in the morning was loud and u could hear her talking about another staff going to b fired from the dining area. She was very nice to us but the conversation was very unprofessional.

It was close to the interstate. Arrived earlier than expected,, desk clerk was very nice, found me a room quickly and let me check in early. Room was very clean. Staff was great and very friendly. Hotel was very quiet, did not have any problems at all. Well pleased with this motel. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to visit my son

The staff were polite and helpful and smiled a lot. My room was nice and cool when I stepped inside, and the hotel was quiet all evening. I stayed one night and didn't have a chance to use the fitness center or eat breakfast at the hotel. But ... The fitness center is visible from the lobby and has glass walls - so I could see that it was well furnished and very clean. As I was checking out the next morning, I passed the breakfast area, and it smelled delicious - which made me sad I didn't have time to eat.

There was a bit of a musty, damp smell in my room, but not so much that I complained. This particular Comfort Inn has been around for at least 20 years that I'm aware of. It has the lower ceilings and the smaller rooms, but it's been redecorated, is clean and quiet, feels safe, and has a capable staff. This hotel provides a happy medium for those of us who want a nice stay and reasonable rates.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, sheets and towels clean and smelled clean. Everything felt cleaned and sanitized. For the price, this was an excellent experience.

The location was very convenient for work. The breakfast was decent and well prepared every morning. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room. The front desk staff was very personable and welcoming.

There were no eggs. Your employee was trying to cook, take care of the front desk and keep the breakfast area going, she needed help.

Carpet in the corridor was wet for some reason. Not enough staff

The front desk staff was a doll and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We lived the bed and pillows.

Add an extra set of towels. It helps when you need to dry body and hair.
