I liked that they had dove soap throughout the bathroom. it smelled wonderful and it made me want to stay longer just to take showers. I also loved the breakfast. It was very tasty and filling.

I was told Saturdays were always busy, so I didn't like that I had to wait for eggs to be replaced but the quality of the food was worth the wait.

The indoor pool was closed. Sign said it would "be open tomorrow". We went down the next morning for a swim and it still wasnt open. When you have 2 kids that have been in a car for 4 hours, they need a way to expell the energy. I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool.

The breakfast was good. The server was attentive when asked for additional coffee cups and pancake batter. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable.

I think the entrance to the hotel could be marked better. You need to turn into a gas station and snake around a restaurant to get to the hotel. When coming off the interstate, you need to go through one light and make an immediate left.

Location was great. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly.

We booked a queen suite (2 queen beds and pull out sofa) weeks in advance. On arrival, we were told there was only a king available(1 king bed and 1 sofa). We were offered a small roll away, which was ok for comfort. There was a lot of road noise, being beside the interstate. It sounded as if the window was open. Overall, ok choice for what we needed that weekend.

Breakfast was good, location was great! Had a little hiccup with check- in, but they made it right so I wouldn’t take off a rating for it!

The hotel was very clean a nicely decorated. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinly happy to help us. The people in the room above us were noisy, but I can't hold that against the hotel.

I didn't see anything that needed to be improved upon.

The gentleman on duty when I checked in was very friendly and efficient but used the word “hon” (short for honey) way too much. In my opinion not professional & needs to be eliminated from his vocabulary.

We liked the mattress and pillows. We got a good nights sleep. The breakfast had good options.

I would like a mat in the shower. It would be nice if the pool was warmer.

This is the best for your money that you will find. Clean, comfy and super nice staff.

There was nothing that I did not like about this place.

This was the absolute BEST breakfast I’ve had at a hotel and the woman who works the breakfast is so sweet and personable! And the guest services desk was beyond amazing!

The heated pools were a little cold but it may have just been due to the weather.
