Staff at Ilunion hotels are always amazing, would recommend any if their hotels, especially this one. The pools are great and they have a train bus that goes to and from the beach every 20 minutes, which drops you off next to an amazing beach. For kids there's a kids club that our's loved and the food was much better than in some higher rated resorts that we've been to. If you don't like the food you have plenty of options 10-15 minutes drive into the neighboring city. Also, every night there's a live show performed by their entertainment staff, a group of amazing talented people that you definitely need to see.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor, with a large terrace overlooking the pool. Very clean, comfortable beds with enough equipment in the kitchen. Free pool towels from the lifeguard, plenty of sun beds when we were there. We had a lovely buffet evening meal in the restaurant, we were room only, it was €18 each, even though it says €25each on their information. Free easy parking on the road outside the hotel. Lovely beach about 15 min walk. Carrefor shop 2 mins walk.

Nothing else around the hotel. Great for a few days rest though. 12.9km cycle into the town.

Very friendly hotel. All Employees were very nice, all outside service very nice and clean. Pool closes at 20:00. Nice apartment balcony with pool view and quiet. Big pool and also for kids. Excelent summer activities for all ages, kids club, teenagers with pool sports ping pong online bingo very day, excellent animations teams. At night with andaluzia horse dancing this was really good, so were the other night animations. The beach train. The breakfast and dinner buffet were good.

Small and a bit old apartment with just one small bathroom. Cleaning only after 3 days. Only had high pillows.

The apartment had a good amount of space and was well divided between the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/dining area and separate kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed: plates/cups/cutlery as well as pots & pans (2-burner stovetop), a toaster, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher and mini fridge/freezer. The bathroom had a ton of counter space and the balcony was ideal for drying bathing suits. Pool towels were available from the lifeguards and there was a grocery store walking distance away. The beach nearby was a bit of a hike to walk, but an easy <5 min drive. There was an A/C unit, but it didn't seem to work very well so we mostly left the windows open.

The pool didn't open until 11am, which was frustrating for our kids, but there was a kids club and entertainment which we enjoyed. It would have been nice to have shutters for the front windows to help minimize noise/light at night. The evening entertainment went until at least 1030pm and with the windows in the bedroom open for ventilation it was difficult for the kids to fall asleep.

We ended up in this hotel by chance (we usually stay here at Riu), but we never regretted it! An ideal place for their money! 🔥 - Nice and large area. - The food and restaurant are excellent (Im especially liked the back area of ​​the restaurant). - The rooms are comfortable and perfectly clean (we stayed for 5 people in a two-bedroom apartment). If we really try to find improvements, then I would just add sets or traveler box into the shower - everything else is Perfect! 🔥🔥🔥 Everything is very close to the ocean. Carefour is within walking distance, and I also liked the separate entertainment center with a pool, bar and restaurant across the road of the hotel, but the hotel has its own interesting entertainment program every day. And the most important thing I want to mention is SERVICE! It is beautiful! 👌🏻✨ It is clear that systematic work is being carried out with all hotel employees, as they are trained to provide service at the highest level of expensive hotels. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Well done - I especially liked this. The location and the facilities of the hotel are great. The pool was amazing, 3 different areas to be with the kids and with activities on the afternoons that my baby enjoyed.

Not that easy to get a sunbed in the pool available, please leave the towels and not use them and the hotel does not remove them. Would be great to have more options at breakfast

Apparently I made three bookings but the second booking I made I did not receive an email so I presumed it did not go through so I booked again, when we arrived at the hotel we not offered 3 rooms in fact nobody mentioned it so I again presumed that the second booking I made did not go through , it was only when I checked my account I saw that two payments had been taken out , I mentioned it to the receptionist she said it was a retainer and I had to speak to the bank. I have not had a refund .

Pool area & Gastro bar/restaurant food was good. So was the buffet which offered a good variety of food, especially at breakfast. Staff were pleasant & helpfull too.

Furniture bit run-down but all in all, very clean. Missing a kettle in the kitchen, only supplied with a coffee machine which took ages to boil.

Generally friendly. Very Clean . Great sized pool . Good location for exploring the area. Good family facilities

As a party of 3 told we were unable to sit at a dining table in the a la carte cafe because it was set for 5 people .. even when it was quiet. We were asked to move tables after we’d been to choose anywhere to sit.

Dishes in breakfast were not well washed every days of the stay. When touching them you can feel some waste. Fluctuation on the shower water temperature between hot and cold without changing the position of the tap
