Really helpful staff, the lady on reception found us a fan, 2 extra pillows and booked us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant. As this was a Saturday night, the restaurant was full and people were queuing out the door, so was lovely to walk straight in! The price of the hotel included a lovely breakfast. We booked last minute as driving from Venice and wasn’t sure how long the journey would take, but although we didn’t arrive until around 8.30 in the evening, the staff could not have been more helpful. Although the hotel was slightly out of town, the walk to the restaurant was a pleasant stroll away and the hotel had plenty of parking. A really enjoyable stay, we shall definitely try and stay there again. Many thanks.

Lovely, clean, good size room. Breakfast was well stocked, even at the end of the session. The staff were very helpful. Easy to park. We drove into town for dinner but it wouldn't have been too far to walk - we were just already very tired from a long day of travelling. Tea and coffee facilities in room which was fantastic. Susa is a lovely old town.

We had a wonderful time and the Hotel really made us feel welcomed. We didn't intend to book a hotel with no wifi but it turned out to make the 3 days we spent that much more special as we explored the area. There is wifi in the restaurants in town and Susa has great signage to get to all the wonderful ruins. The mountains are all around you and the French Alp towns are very close for a day trip.

I have stayed at this hotel before and found it excelent for our needs. It is a great place ofr an overnight stop whilst travelling.The staff are excellent and attend to alll requests. Parking is good and the hotel is central to Susa. Showers are good. We will definate,y stay here again.

This room was good but a little cramped compared with the one we had last time. We needed a fan as there is no AC but that was fine. Breakfast is very limited

Sousa is a small Italian village near the French Border. Great for a last night in Italy. The village has all the shops and facilitues you can expect. Car Parking is good. The staff at tthe hotel make you feel very welcome and cannot do enough to assist. Staff reccomended and excellent local Trattoria. Rooms and bathrooms excellent. Breakfast good for Italy

Room on first floor by reception it was quite noisy as you could here every conversation the rooms could do with some soundproofing

The room was very large! They provided a fan, too (no A/C). Nice breakfast and staff. Kind of a walk to town stuff or train if on foot, by a major road. No taxis in town.

Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. The staff were really friendly and helpful. This hotel is about half a kilometre from the town which is fine for us but the owner still insisted on booking a restaurant for us and driving us to the restaurant. There is no air conditioning but we prefer fresh air and if you leave windows open at night you get a lovely breeze coming down from the Alps. We also like the secure parking. Would definitely stop again.

Really helpful staff, good location within walking distance of the town with wonderful restaurants. Also a large secure car park.

Family run hotel. The family were so helpful and friendly. I had an issue with transport to Susa and they helped me out with my change of dates at no cost, even though my booking through booking.com didn't allow it. They made me feel like a family member or close friend. As for the room, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well here.
