The young man working the breakfast was extremely cordial and helpful. The morning front desk gentleman was also very friendly and helpful. They are an asset to the company. I should have made a note of their names so I could give them a more specific complement.

We had reserved an accessible room for my elderly mother as she has a hard time entering and exiting a bath tub and needed a walk in shower. There was some confusion at check in and we had to switch around rooms a couple times until the correct room was located.

Nice room, friendly staff and very accommodating. I really liked the beverage cooler and snacks in the lobby. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. Our suite was very spacious and I liked the sofa in there to watch TV on instead of the bed.

Bed was a little too soft for me, but still nice. We were a couple doors down from the laundry room, and people were in there late at night banging doors and just being noisy. Sign needed at entrance to driveway. Had to go through gas station lot to get into parking area.

The location is great, right off I-75. Starbucks, Walmart, Publix, and plenty of places to eat all nearby. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.The breakfast was wonderful .The room was just the right size for the three of us. I cannot say enough about the mattresses. They were so comfortable! I normally flop around all night but I barely moved. We had the BEST night sleep we've ever had in a hotel. I highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back.

The staff was helpful and nice. The room and lobby felt very clean and smelled clean. There was a mixup with our room due to the third party booking service, but they made accommodations for us. Overall, it was a good stay.

The only problem that I had was I had a hard time sleeping at night due to the loud noises all around. We were on the first floor fairly close to the lobby and what looked like a staff area. There were doors slamming early in the morning, what sounded like trash trucks picking up the trash close to our window, people running up and down the halls, and the nearby train. I didn't get a decent night's rest either night that I was there, but the beds were comfy and the room was nice. I'm sure if we had been on a different floor, it might have been different because I have stayed at this location before, and I don't remember having that problem.

Quick and easy to go to the room after registering online. I was surprised how easy it was to just walk in, get a key, and go to my room with everything.

The bathroom had a dirty rag that had been in the cubby for a while. It was also dusty when we opened up the curtains.

I didn’t have the breakfast this time but I liked that I had the option to do so.

This isn’t the inn’s fault, but there were children running up and down the halls my second night there and couldn’t sleep. My room was near the elevator, so hearing people passing by woke me up sometimes.

Very clean, the staff were quite friendly and the complimentary breakfast was exceptionally good…especially the cinnamon rolls.

The only downside to this hotel is the location. Traffic and the landscape in this area will make your arrival to this hotel a bit tricky.

Everything, The staff greeted us at door, and facility is well maintained. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Nice area and parking lot is lit up like a stadium, so felt safe. Close to everything. Definitely will stay again on drives back to see family.

I thought the facilities were very clean, comfortable, and family friendly.

The breakfast ran out after only an hour due to the staff running out of supplies. This was very disappointing as I feel there should be ample breakfast still available at 7AM.

Great Location...everyone we spoke to were super friendly! The night time guy even graduated from a high school not far from where we live!

One of the guys who worked there just opened our door even though I kept saying Hang On...he had on his list that we were checking out that day even though we weren't scheduled until Sunday...he just kept apologizing but it was still weird!
