Our 7-day stay at this incredible hotel was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and service of the highest level. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and always eager to ensure our experience was flawless. The hotel itself was a masterpiece—beautifully decorated with elegant details that created a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The breathtaking views from throughout the property were absolutely stunning, making every moment feel like a dream. Whether enjoying a peaceful sunrise or a mesmerizing sunset, the scenery was simply unforgettable. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and it truly made our holiday an unforgettable experience. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning for another perfect getaway!

All meals, incl.breakfast, were very good, compliments to the chef! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient, especially Oriana and Pablo. The best of them all was Gabriel : when my husband left his phone on the back seat of the cab, Gabriel offered to help, taking the trouble to contact both the taxi company and the restaurant we were driven from, found the cab driver, and we got the phone delivered back to the hotel!! One thousand THANKS to Gabriel from Elizabeth and Eugene! This is what I would call hospitality.

Only small things: We did not expect that there will be no slippers, no shower cap and other small toiletries in the bathroom. Would be good to have them, it would be customary for a hotel of this caliber.

Fantastic boutique hotel. It feels like a greatly decorated villa/home, very cosy, all facilities available, just fantastic. Swimmingpool clean and beautiful, massageroom, outside terrace, bar and restaurant. Staff really friendly and available and reachable whole day, also by whatsapp possible to ask all kind of questions. Some reviews mentioned the safety of the neighbourhood but to us, mother and daugther, it felt safe.

Nothing we didn’t like. Only thing was that restaurant staff didnt speak English at all because of which something, that we already explained and asked for 4 times, still went wrong with ordering. All staff was very friendly but I would make sure, especially in restaurant, that staff speaks English.

The villa is stylishly furnished, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility after a day spent sightseeing. A great place to stay. The best rating goes to the hotel staff, who are always extremely kind and helpful in providing advice for an unforgettable experience

Especially in hot weather where temperatures are above 35 degrees, it would be great to offer guests unlimited bottles of water, without having to continually refill from the mini bar available in the room

This hotel is stunning inside and out. The architecture of the property,furnishings,pool,grounds and views are gorgeous. This hotel is so unique that’s it’s hard to narrow it down to a short review. We love boutique hotels and this is the epitome of a boutique hotel. We never go back to the same place because the world is so full of choices. This is someplace that we would love to return! The staff was attentive but without being over the top. It was perfection! We also ate dinner on property one night and it was delicious. Our server Heraclito was so fun and friendly. Stay here if you want a quiet retreat.

We picked this location because we wanted to be in Santa Theresa. It’s a very colorful neighborhood with curvy streets and vintage trains. The area was what we were looking for because of the Bohemian vibe. Do your research so you know where Santa Theresa is because you might be taking taxis. This was a positive for us but maybe not for everyone.

An oasis of calm with a lush garden and beautiful views. Feels more like a friend’s home than a hotel. Friendly and attentive service. Rooms are beautifully appointed and super comfortable. Staff go above and beyond to deliver the best experience, kudos especially to Pablo and Dominique at the bar. If you’re looking for calm and tranquility, this is the place for you.

The property is beautiful, but once you step outside the surroundings are a bit sketchy, derelict buildings and not the safest place, but if you’re coming and going in a taxi you will be fine. This is a place to relax in the hotel and enjoy their beautiful pool and garden, as they are further away from the beaches.

The hotel was fabulous and exquisitely refurbished (like, straight out of a design magazine) , with a beautiful garden full of exotic birds and a beautiful swimming pool. If that wasn’t enough what makes it even more special is the staff; everyone is so very kind and polite and genuinely friendly. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and accommodate your every request. They make you feel very well looked after and as if you were visiting friends (rather than staying at an hotel). They anticipate your very need before you even tell them! I felt very comfortable and at ease and loved staying there!

There is not one single thing that comes to my find!

Some places have a unique atmosphere that makes you feel they are special as soon as you enter. Villa Paranaguá is definitely one of them. Nestled within Santa Teresa's bustling neighborhood, yet perched on a secluded hilltop, this spot perfectly blends style, hospitality, and much-needed serenity after a day of exploring the Ciudad Maravillosa. We particularly appreciated the delicious and refined breakfast, the elegant pool, and the attentive staff. For any questions you might have, their WhatsApp chat is always ready to provide a quick response.

The villa Paranaguá is the most charming, beautiful hotel. It’s like walking into an oasis. The ambience is fabulous/ gorgeously decorated to the highest standards It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Individual & unique, making our holiday perfect. We didn’t want to leave. The staff were unbelievably helpful, literally from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Kind, courteous, engaging & so so friendly.

Literally Nothing!

The breakfast was exceptional. The location is not the best, it is surrounded by a non-looking safe neighbourhood, but eventually all is fine. It is Rio de Janerio, in the most pure essence of the city.

Nothing, only one thing, you need to take a taxi for nearly anything. Although, once you are familiar with the surroundings you find your way to the metro, which is economic, very good and safe. The staff in the hotel call taxis for you and all is always smooth and easy.
