My 40th Birthday Girls Trip. As soon as you arrive outside, it is clean and stylish. When u walk into the hotel the hotel you are greater by great aromas and fantastic decor. Exactly lile the photos. There is not really a lot around but their is a mini market/corner shop for snacks and bits if needed about 3 minutes away. Uber makes it easy to get around and Old Town is not too far (during rush hour can take a lot longer) We arrived in the morning and were able to check in immediately. Thank you so much. All staff were amazing. Vlad was very helpful. We met him on our first day, and there were others that I apologise. I did not get their names, but they too were fantastic. There was also a blonde lady in red uniform who cleared our room 127 and found earrings and came and brought it to us directly. She was always kind and smiling. Thank you very much. Our rooms: Decorated and clean to an exceptional standard. We had twin rooms, and beds were a bit small, but it's been a while since I stayed in a single bed, so I was not sure if they were standard or not. Other members of my group said the same thing. Had an option of a pillow menu I did not use it as one of the pillows were perfect, the othwr too hard, and they were large enough that I did not need 2 like i would usually need to have a comfortable sleep.. Fridge, tea, and coffee making facilities. TV with many channels. Easy to change the language of the hotel options/ info on the tv. Channels in different languages. So I had a good few English channels. The heater/fan heated the room really quickly. The bathroom was as good as the bedroom. 2 shower head options, one being the rainforest shower. Towel heater, which was very useful. They have good quality shampoo/ shower gel, hand wash. Therenof a robe and slippers (we had to ask for the second set as was only one in each of the rooms. This was brought up immediately with no issues) Breakfast: Excellent. Good selection of food.

Only location but at the same time it did not bother me. I loved the hotel. We all did.

Very good hotel, comfortable and extremely clean. The room was well-kept, and the breakfast was great – especially the cakes, which were absolutely delicious. The design of the reception area is phenomenal, very stylish and thoughtfully arranged. While the location is not exactly in the city center, it’s easy to reach by bus or with Bolt, so it’s not a big issue.

There were a few minor issues, for example the room had only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers, even though we booked a double room. In a 4-star hotel, that shouldn’t happen.Also, our first impression wasn’t the best – the receptionist who checked us in was rather unfriendly and didn’t even explain at what time the breakfast is served. Luckily, the staff later on the night shift guy and the two ladies the next day – were all extremely kind and helpful, which really helped improve our overall experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and if there was something you weren't sure about, you could just ask. The breakfast offered a great variety, of hot, cold, sweet and savoury, and you can take a coffee to go, if you wish. My room was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and an amazing shower, the hotel itself is a quick tram/bus ride away from the city centre, there's a handy convenience store closed by, and there's bus and tram stops less than 5 minutes walk away - all at a great price point.

Good value for money hotel - we were visiting for husbands 50th birthday and the team put wine, balloons and banners up which was lovely. Reception staff helpful and polite … Bianca was really pleasant. Decent selection of breakfast items though 60ron seems a little expensive for what is available. Hot items were only Luke warm and plates cold which didn’t help. Really like that they offer free coffee until 11am even if not having breakfast and bottled beverages can be purchased at all times. Rooms and reception very clean and everything seemed in good working order. Some issues with getting safe set up but the reception team had maintenance help us. Hotel booked the transfer shuttle from the airport … 400ron for 6 of us. It was a luxury transporter that arrived so thought that was fair price.

If you have city centre activities planned then the location not great for that… not because it’s miles away but because the sheer amount of traffic in the city takes 3 times longer to get there than it should.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, quiet neighborhood. The city center is 15 min away by taxi or 20-30 min by bus or metro. A supermarket is conveniently located 100m away.

When private parking is part of the reservation/price, it should be guaranteed. There's an underground private parking but the way down is very steep and not suitable for most cars (only for SUVs). There are some parking places in front of the hotel where I parked my car upon arrival, however these are not guaranteed. One time I couldn't find a spot during the evening so I had to search around the neighborhood for 10-15 minutes. Also, it would be very convenient to place a water cooler in the reception so that customers can have drinking water for free during their stay.

The decor is lovely just like the pictures. The room was a good size for two people, we loved the shower facilities which had two settings the shower temperature was lovely. It was my birthday and once I mentioned this to staff they surprised me with a birthday banner over the room door as well as dressed the room with balloons and provided red wine...... all for free. The staff were very lovely and helpful giving us directions to navigate the area. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Room was beautiful and we loved the terrace. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was varied and very tasty (bonus that we had an early start on the Sunday and they were happy for us to take some extra to store in the fridge). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bar costs were very reasonable. Room was immaculately clean. Location really convenient - 10 min taxi or 30 min walk to city centre. 45 mins from airport. Stayed for my partner’s birthday and they put a banner over the door and balloons in the room. The receptionist even wished him a happy birthday, such a lovely touch! Would highly recommend

Only downside is not having the towels changed but not a big issue as only staying for three nights, and the fridge wasn’t particularly cold.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, if you’re looking comfortable beds and and clean rooms this is the address, the garden color inside the hotel will make you feel more energetic. The doors and windows are soundproof, very clean, you have a mini kitchen inside the rooms makes you more likely to eat inside takeaway or lovely dinner by the TV, the staff is really helpful and willing to assist you all day and night no matter what time it is. For those who wants to get a location of quiet and friendly zoon its the place. The hotel bar is always open for ur needs. I recommend it to everyone.

I liked everything about this hotel, very easy to find

This is a very nice, genuine 4-star place. It's located centrally, but in a neighbourhood that has a lively mix of residential housing, bars and restaurants - a sort of Soho. (The Romanian restaurant Casa Jienilor, about 600m away, I would highly recommend - pictured.) The rooms were large and comfortable. When I had a problem with the air conditioning, ths staff really could not have been more helpful. (I stayed in Bucharest during a severe heatwave.) Finally, the breakfast buffet was excellent. I will definitely stay here (and eat at Casa Jienilor) the next time I'm in Bucharest.

Whilst by no means a budget hotel, I felt that it was very good value for money.

Room is nice, comfortable, clean, not noisy. Breakfast is good. Reception and breakfast room are a bit small but nice. Position depends on what you need. For me it was nice because 10-15 mins by car to Hala Laminor. There are restaurants and other facilities near.

Not very important, but I did not like: automatic lights in the common area and in the room entrance last too much short; in the room it is not possible to turn on all the lights; near the bed there is not a button to switch off all the lights; the diffuser in the shower is too much high and it splashes outside of the shower
