Many successful stays at this hotel. The price-quality ratio is right. Everything works, the cleanliness is okay. It's not luxury, but it's good business class. The cozy bar downstairs welcomes you 24 hours a day, even after a night or early morning flight. The sauna and swimming pool area are clean and relaxation is guaranteed.

The breakfast could be improved a little, it's not quite up to the standard of a business hotel. Perhaps the biggest shortcoming is the fresh bread.

Good location. Close to the market, right in front of a metro station. Walking distance to Japanese garden and Tashkent TV tower, both of which were on my to-see list. The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was overall clean and had good amenities. Did not get a chance to use the complimentary heated pool or sauna but it was good to have as an option. The view from my room was of the Japanese garden and Tashkent TV tower which was amazing.

The breakfast was perfect: lots of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as eggs, meat, cheese, and the other usual stuff. The bed is super comfortable, every night I had a proper sleep which helped to rest after a busy day. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. There is a spa and a gym right in the hotel

I had a small inconvenience when I ironed my shirt and the iron happened to be a bit dirty, which resulted in my shirt getting a stain. But my shirt was cleaned and returned ironed to me the same day, so I have to nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very various with big choice. We really liked it. Swimming pool and gym very adequate for short term stay.

I didn't like that room snacks and drinks in the fridge were not included in the total payment and had to be paid separately.

It’s a great property to stay for visitors and or a business trip. Minutes away from everything, Metro, Park, Lake, Expo center, Tower, shopping, dining, pool, gym, sauna, live outdoor evening entertainment music with bar and restaurant.

It’s super modern, clean, with great facilities. While it is a little out of town it is right by a metro stop. The hotel overlooks a lake, and is by Japanese garden and the exhibition center. There is a great gym, indoor pool, and spa. Breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are a good size, comfortable, and well appointed. The bed was great, we both slept really well.

It’s cold! I have stayed twice recently and while the room was lovely and warm, the common areas, including the bar have been really, really cold, to the extent that you have to wear outdoor clothes. While service is faultless in the majority of the hotel, it is appalling in the bar. The bar staff just seem to hide in the room behind the bar and are not available to take your order or provide the bill. Given the obvious quality in the rest of the hotel, it’s a shame that the bar lets the side down

Easily accessible. Metro right outside. Everything works and the services are as they should be in a hotel of this level. The lobby is spacious with lots of quiet sofa groups for conversations. The room is clean and everything is in order and in place.

A little old interior. There are no places to sit outside, not even in front of the main entrance. Breakfast could have more local fruits and especially berries on offer. Making a delicious omelet shouldn't be difficult.

Excellent location to visit the Exhibition center. Hotel situated just in front of the Exhibition Center. Good fitness and SPA center. Breakfast started early morning and it is very convenient to early morning flights. Breakfast is very good, very wide verity of food staff, both: European and local tradition cousin. Small problem - very often meal which must be hot was cold. So, staff has to be more careful with it. Room is big and comfortable, equipped with good working place. Large bed with excellent mattress and pillows. Staff is very good: professional, polite and helpful.

Coffee at breakfast is not good at all. It would be much better to get a good coffee machine and use high quality coffee! In the SPA center, the steam room is finished with plastic, which is not a very good solution and gives bad steam with a bad smell. For a hotel of this level, it would be better to equip the steam room with traditional materials: marble, stone ...

excellent room, very comfortable and peaceful stay. very good breakfast with lots of choices. amazing musicians play in the lobby - piano and an exceptional violin players. park to walk about - next to the hotel. great location.

A wonderful international standard hotel in Tashkent. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Our standard room was a good size and well appointed with a view over a lake. Breakfast was excellent, the service was exemplary. The location is good , the hotel is near parkland for walking but also 2 minutes away from a metro station. We particularly enjoyed the modern gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room

Thé only negative was that apart from the pool and spa area, the hotel was cold. When I queried why so cold we were told that the hotel was not yet ready for winter !
