That was the best Intercontinental I ever stayed at, and probably the best experience with hotels ever. The food was great, the personnel was extremely nice and helpful, and the spa and the pool were just top-notch. I could do lap swimming, and relax in a proper sauna after the workout.

A stay that is both enjoyable and luxurious. Had a great time at the spa, their hammam and much needed self care. Dayana, my meaaseuse was simply brilliant Breakfast at Nomad was spoiled with choice and servings at the loungue was a delight that we look forward to

The sofa bed could be more comfortable for the children but this is a bit too picky for the room that is set up for us lovingly. Plenty of delightful amenities and thoughtful touches such as the chocolates offerings before bedtime and generous serving of fruits of all kinds when we check in.

Great location, beautiful lobby with interesting interior, very nice and comfortable spacious rooms, huge indoor pool, amazing breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff.

Attention to client, breakfast and room - all were superb, We took a suite 65m2 for three adults, the hotel prepared a bed out of sofa for the 3rd adult, the room was spacious so it all worked perfectly. We came in the late evening just to sleep and leave early but the hotel still was able to use those short hours to make a strong quality statement for us. Thanks to the efforts of their staff the hotel exceeded our expectations. we felt welcomed and cozy there. P.s.Having Byredo brand for bath amenities was appreciated

The hotel itself is very beautiful and well designed. I took an upgraded room with access to the club lounge and was extremely pleased with the facilities and felt it was well worth the money. The room was very comfortable and had great views across the mountains in the distance. Snacks and drinks provided in the lounge were delicious and the breakfast was exceptionally good and varied. Overall, the thing that made it most special for me was the staff. They were helpful, polite and went out of their way to make sure my stay was of the highest standard. Despite working long shifts on New Year, they smiled all the time and made me feel like a valued guest.

The location is excellent, everything is reachable by walk - metro station, bazar (local market), shops, good restaurants and cafes. I would recommend to take a stroll along the old streets of Tashkent in the shadows of huge platan and oak trees. My husband really enjoyed the 30m swimming pool and the gym. Breakfast was good - a lot of items to choose from. The only item i missed was a rye bread. We stayed for more than 3 weeks and felt like home. All the members of staff were excellent - very professional, friendly and polite, with good english a russian. I would like to thank F&B team - Faik, Mahinur, Alisher and Asal for the warmth and friendliness every morning the met us with. A lot of thanks to the reception team - Bakhodir, Marat & Danya.

The room was very well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Service in every part of the hotel was great. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the bonuses afforded by visiting 'The Club'. Spa services were also good.

Swimming in the pool is a little annoying as they went for style over substance, so you constantly have to deal with the loud sound of water splashing over the edge. It's an expensive hotel, but you get what you pay for, and it is a wonderful place.

You can expect that your stay in an InterContinental to be perfect and it was. We had an amazing experience, in a huge room with a perfect bathroom with heated floor and high quality amenities. We arrived early in the morning by train. The staff welcomed us with a drink and they offered us an early check in, it was super convenient for us. On the afternoon we enjoyed the sunset from the infinite pool. Also we offered complimentary fruits and chocolate in our room. On the evening we took drinks from the bar to our room. On our check out the reception staff gave us our farewell gifts with local nuts and dried fruits. Everything perfect.

A new hotel with comfortable large rooms and an excellent spa plus a wonderful location in the city center

The staff is friendly, but they still need to gain experience. I also hope that next time the payment system will work 100%.

Exceptional spa and gym facilities where you can actually do a workout as it provides everything a professional gym should from machines to a long bar and Olympic weights as well as a personal trainer. The rooms are very well designed and equipped with very pleasant room lighting options. The breakfast is overwhelmingly good. The restaurants met our expectations as well. Also the staff is extremely attentive.

It would be nice to have more vegan options in the restaurants for lunch and dinner.
