The breakfast had one of the best spreads I've seen in many hotels. Wide variety and good quality. The beds were very comfortable and soundproof. We would definitely stay there again for other downtown Raleigh events.

N/A I have no recommendations for improvement and in the last 10 weeks, I've stayed in 7 hotels. This location is perfect and worth the price paid.

NOT THAT WAS A BIG DEAL BUT WIFE HAD 4 PIECES OF MELON A HARD BOILED EGG AND CUP OF TEA THERE WAS NOTHING STATING THAT BREAKFAST WAS EXTRA SHE CAME WITH ME AND DONT THINK THAT WAS WORTH 16 DOLLARS SHOULD HAVE SIGNS POSTED ABOUT PRICE NOTHING ON WEB SITE OR IN ROOMS OR AT BUFFET

Great location. Very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

You could hear the train regularly being near the tracks. It’s on the edge of the nightlife so you may hear the bar next door or the loud cars.

Super location. There are coffee shops and restaurants close enough to walk. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the location, the hotel was very clean and the amenities were nice. I thought breakfast was included in the price however, it wasn't.

I didn’t think the breakfast measured up to other breakfast that I had, it was very basic, super Basic could have had a better variety of food

They don't have coffee in the lobby or breakfast room at an early time. The only way to get coffee is to go up to breakfast LATE morning, and then its unclear if you are buying breakfast, coffee, or what. It is huge to have coffee available and accessible in the early morning, would have really improved my chances of booking again.

Excellent location! Very convenient to downtown. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is large and well-stocked, includes a lot of small touches like q-tips and shoe cleaner.

I could hear literally everything going on outside! So the people outside, the music playing from bars and clubs… It was frustrating
