The location is right on the plaza which was great for us as we only had the one night there and it was a quick walk everywhere. Downside to that is it can be noisy, even with the double-glazed windows shut so take earplugs just in case. The room was fairly basic but clean and had everything we needed. Staff were nice and spoke enough English to answer our questions. The best part was the breakfast included with a delicious range of pastries, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, juices and real coffee.

Be mindful that this hotel is in the restricted traffic zone, meaning if you drive here, you'll need to park your car in a carpark nearby, about 10 mins walk away (the hotel gives good instructions on all this when you book and a discount on the parking rate).

Breakfast was great. Bathroom was good although the shower stall was a little cramped.

The person who prepared the room put the single bed mattress even with the interior edge of the bed platform. This left the window side of the mattress hanging out 4-5 inches beyond the edge of the bed platform. In the middle of the night on our first or second night I rolled over to the window side of the mattress and was flipped onto the floor with the mattress on its side next to me. On following evenings I moved the mattress to evenly hang over both sides of the bed. I wasn't injured but it wasn't pleasant.

We've stayed in Hotel Venezia in 2024 and 2025 while in Trento. To us it's been very welcoming, with helpful, friendly staff and comfortable facilities. Fantastic position in old town at Piazza Duomo, but still walkable from train station. Lovely breakfast room with excellent, generous breakfast, plenty of choice, real coffee. Let us leave luggage after checkout, very helpful in other ways. Be aware that you'll hear the life of the Central piazza from some rooms, which we loved but maybe not everyone would.

Great hospitality, amazing location, delicious breakfast. This place is so convenient for Trident experience, you have walk distance to major attractions, we had Duomo view, was fabulous to hear the bells, and see city life. Being in Trident, can’t imagine better place to stay. Thank you ❤️

No lift to our part, but it was not problematic, parking is 600m away, but you can leave your luggage in room first. All was great!!!!😊

The room was big, nice and clean. The staff was also very nice, they contacted me prior to me arriving to the hotel finding out what time I would arrive and also left instructions for me on how to get room keys. The staff was lovely

Didn’t really enjoy the breakfast as there was a lot of sweet food such as cakes not much of regular breakfast such as scrambled eggs, sausages.

Excellent location right in the plaza duomo. We stayed in the family room and it was spacious and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Will definitely come back!

They are having remodeling works so had to use the side entrance and the view is not great. But this is a matter if time.

Very modern rooms and a pleasant environment. Receptionist very friendly and knowledgeable and advised in all directions. The breakfasts were absolutely exceptional and I definitely have to describe how excited I was about the gentleman who took care of the breakfasts. Amazing attention, everything was replenished immediately. Coffee has an extra star. The hotel is located in the historic center of the city and, despite the fact that there is no parking, it is definitely worth a visit.

Very centrally located, friendly staff and the breakfast was really great. There was a very nice selection that include meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, brioches cereals and more, great cappuccino too and included in the price.

Some areas in room could use a fresh coat of paint no microwave or fridge.

Had the balcony room which is really worth it. Same cost as other high end rooms there, but is on second floor only (mo lifts in the old building which has the better rooms). Amazing location, “best in Trento” for me. Also the staff were simply amazing, never felt as well after as they were.

Parking not ideal, but they’ve worked out a workable solution. Non lifts, so ask for balcony room or one for eg lower ones facing the square.

They deal with 2 car parks , unfortunately I parked my car in another car park because the names look alike to me , anyway at the reception I show them the carpark ticket they stamp it and took 6 euros, when I went to take my car I found out its not the same car park they deal with , so I paid 30 euros, the reception should tell me its not the Wright car park.
