Nothing offered and no facilities. Not even a coffee machine. Apparently they have free coffee but only after 7:00 am. Thankfully Mc Donald’s and Horton’s almost next door. The Gorge Restaurant has excellent food.

Traffic noise is bad especially when ignorant truck drivers use their exhaust bakes at 3:00 am. Maybe they could request a sign not to use them like they do in hospital zones. The pot hole doesn’t help either.

The family running the hotel were very nice. We arrived a bit early but were able to leave our car in the carpark. The rooms were a great size and very clean. The location was great location with ample parking. Only a 5 minute walk into Elora which was a really lovely town with great shops and places to eat. We also had a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately it was raining quite heavily the next morning so we couldn't get to the gorge. Coffee and a few food items like fruit was at reception in the morning was appreciated.

No dislikes

The staff were helpful. One incident that could have been disastrous was that as I was trying to find my key, I accidently pulled my passport out of my pocket and it fell on the floor in the hallway. I did not realize it when it happened but shortly after I returned to my room, there was a knock at the door and it was a staff member who found my passport and was returning it.

The water in the shower never got hot. At best it was tepid.

Walking distance to downtown. Tim Hortons and McDonald’s nearby. Excellent Chinese food restaurant at the property. Comfortable beds

No coffeemaker in the room, tv channels somewhat limited or we weren’t accessing what was available but a lot said not available.

The room was spotlessly clean. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Good value for money. And in the morning although breakfast wasn’t included there was coffee ,juice and granola bars in the lobby..lovely ..

There is a busy road outside but I knew that when I booked..

The staff was very lovely and helpful when we arrived. The room was clean and large with a fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

I would maybe like to see a hair dryer there. But it wasn't a big deal.

The village inn is conveniently located near the town center and simple restaurants for breakfast and lunch. The rooms are spacious and there is parking.

Trucks get into the parking lot in high speed, directly from the road, which scared me. Rooms have huge glass doors for the outside.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Not only is it an economical stay, it's also a great location to all attractions within Elora.

Coffee is available, just a few steps from the comfort of the room.

Had microwave and fridge. The complimentary items were nice especially the makeup remover. Walk in shower was a nice feature. Free coffee, fruit, granola bar and orange juice in the morning . Tim’s and McDonald’s right next door

Our favourite place to stay in Elora. The new family who are running it have continued the friendly welcome and attention to detail that we loved on our first visits. Walking distance to bars and restaurants on the Grand River and a surprising variety of restaurants within a few hundred metres. Immaculately clean. Even the toiletries are high quality. Morning coffee, granola bar and fruit provided free for a morning snack. We requested to check in early and it was no trouble. We will be back!

Though a great location there can be road noise especially in the morning. It's nice to be semi rural but large tractors and trucks start early. It last fir only a short time. Honestly it's so lovely and quiet the rest if the time that us why we noticed.
