Since my family and I stayed in the hotel only for one night, I can't say a lot. The room was clean and pretty big. There were two rooms ,one with two queen beds, second with a sofa bed and the small kitchen. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice with a variety of choices of food.

I can say that the pet fee is too expensive. Especially for the small dog, for one night. I paid $75, not including taxes. Also, we didn't like the anteroom that was located between the bedroom and the bath. When you use the place, you have to use a light, and if someone is already sleeping at the time that you use it, the light desturbs to the person.

the free laundry on site was wonderful...didn't have to take as much clothing and could wash them before leaving so you didn't have to return home to laundry. The room was serviced daily without asking. The staff did call to make sure everything was good or if they could do anything for me. Bed was super comfortable. Nice having the full kitchenette as well.

I would have liked to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom as the main mirror if too far away for makeup application. I would have also been nice to have a little more of a mix up in breakfast options (different muffins, etc..)

Exceptional hospitality! We received a call to our room after check in ensuring we were happy with our room and asking if there was anything else needed. A staff member offered to carry my parcels to my room after I'd been shopping at the market. We loved the complimentary wings, veggies and drinks upon arrival! The breakfast buffet offered some variety each day. The food was all very fresh, hot and cold options and very good. Very clean, comfortable room in a great location.

Cold boiled eggs in breakfast. Both sockets in the loo were not working so I requested for maintenance but the maintenance staff never arrived.

The breakfast had great choices. Fresh muffins...bagels...juices...very clean breakfast area. Absolutely fantastic location. St.jacobs marketplace...discount mall...massive antique shop...all located across the street. Conestoga mall very close which is a great shopping trip.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. There really isnt any negative issues.

The included breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, pillows were even marked soft and firm. The room and facilities were very clean, staff friendly and professional.

We did not have any towels in the room and after we asked for them, only received bath towels, no face cloths or hand towels. Maybe they were in the middle of doing laundry.

Kitchen not well equipped. Can opener broken I bought one and left it. No forks or knives. One glass bowl but three lids in microwave. Condiment jars not topped up. Some days used towels were not replaced.

Everything was great. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I don’t have a single complaint.

They could use a garbage can by the bus stop. People waiting for the bus throw their empty Tim’s cup and other trash on the ground. Although it’s not the hotel’s responsibility, it does reflect on them I think.

Loo could be better cleaned by Rean. A female front desk staff was a bit too much inquisitive about my frequent stays at this hotel.

Location was my choice from experience. So excellent. Breakfast was great with lots and lots of good choices.

We would prefer walk in shower. Also the grab bar on the bathtub wall was on the wrong side. Grab bars ought to be on both sides. Also, in the bathroom sink area the soap dispenser was empty. On our first night we mentioned this to a housemaid working in the next room. Again on the second day mentioned this to another housemaid who was working in our area. The dispenser was never filled.
