Location is great. I arrived late at night as I was supposed to catch Bernina express early next morning. It was quite safe to walk from station at night and again in morning to station. Also, staff were super friendly. They allowed me to check in bit late and were willing to stay even longer as my train was apparently delayed from Milan. Breakfast was okay. It’s always nice to have breakfast included.

I didn’t really found it very comfortable but since I was there for just one night perhaps few hours so it was not a big issue. Pillow given was very uncomfortable. Also duvet was not proper duvet it was literally 3-4 sheets combined as duvet. Also, no AC, so if you are travelling during peak summers then that might be difficult. There was noise from other people staying there. It was there until late in morning around 2am and again started around 7am. They need to have some quiet hours and probably request guests to be quiet as walls they were not really good with controlling noise.

Excellent budget hotel: very clean. Helpful staff. Handy location not too far from station and in historical centre. Breakfast fine, continental. Good heating ( in room and heated towel rack)and very comfortable bed, despite being single. Great Wifi and super shower. Roberto gave me tourist map and town walk brochure and useful Bernini information. Many thanks! The Santa Perpetual viewpoint climb is strenuous, but worth it! And café near the Madonna Church has excellent coffee and waitress was very friendly.

No elevator but Roberto kindly took my luggage up the stairs and the friendly breakfast server brought it down again when I checked out. Clock in room ticked annoyingly. Otherwise, all good👍

Great location for the Bernina express. Next to lots of restaurants. The breakfast was simple, but good (especially the coffee!). Towels, soap, shower gel etc. were all provided. Also loved the that the blinds made the room really dark and that the windows towards the river were sound proof.

The rooms are simple and the age shows here and there. Still great for a night or two!

This is a decent family run property where everything works.The owners are friendly ,helpful & switching on.The bar ,used by locals ,is a pleasant place to have a beer or wine after a day in the city.Basically,a pleasure to have stayed there.John Crofton,Alice Springs,Australia.

Location was perfect, right in the center with all amenities at your door step - bars, restaurants and supermarket and everything walking distance.

The owners / managers explained everything when we checked in and were accommodating to our needs plus they were there if we needed anything. The morning breakfast was fantastic and everything was fresh.

the room was quite small very basic . but clean . the staff were helpfull and friendly. . . the location was ok. . 15 min walk.to location.

i have to say i was very dissapointed wth the breakfast there was no hot choices and very limited on what they offered. boxed cereal.a cossant or some cake that was it. no juice was offered . . apart from.that it was fine.

Our room had a wonderful view. It was quiet and very convenient. We enjoyed eating local traditional food cooked by the proprietor. The evening meal was very reasonably priced. The proprietor gave us some very helpful information about where to buy a picnic lunch, which was particularly useful because we needed it on a Sunday and he knew that our destination for the day, St Moritz, would be somewhat deserted at that time of year.

the main front door is closed at 11pm, entry is only possible from the back of the building, but there is no light there, it's dark and you have to enter a code into the machine at the door, it's quite uncomfortable

DOn't expect the Ritz Carlton - the room was very basic - but it met our needs. Where this hotel beats others is on the level of support from the staff/team. When we checked in - they asked about our plans and gave us great tips for taking the train to St Moritz and where to stop along the way. They also gave us excellent tips on restaurants etc. I can't emphasize enough how great the staff there was - every person we spoke with went out of their way to be helpful - It was such a positive experience - we would definitely stay there again. the location was great for us - there are some great restaurants near there and it is short walk to the train station etc.

breakfast offerings were a little lean - but the price was great so not a big deal. They were so nice it just didn't matter :-)

The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially as I have difficulty carrying my case upstairs. There were lots of choices for breakfast. The river was outside my room which gave a lovely soothing sound.

For me the pillow was too hard. Also I hadn't checked if there was a lift. The shower tray was slippery.
