The staff was amazing. My room was very clean. I loved how friendly everyone was! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re traveling to that area. Price was fair and the room was worth what I paid!

I didn’t like the breakfast part of my stay. It said online that a breakfast was included but when my friend and I went to get breakfast in the morning, they didn’t have anything AT ALL. They had juices to choose from to drink, along with coffee, but NO food. They had like 2 muffins sitting out. We went early in the morning too, like right when breakfast started and it was completely empty.

The furniture in the lobby was cheap and not very clean. An updated Lobby is needed. The ironing board cover was filthy, and there was a rather bad stain on the curtain around the bedding

Room size, cleanliness, functions of everything were good. Nice staff and efficient, easy check in and no problems with the stay. Responsive front desk staff.

Breakfast was a small selection and small area to eat, could make own waffles and had yogurt and a couple of choices of cereal and mini muffins available. Only hot food was the waffles, fairly minimal. Unfortunate very noisy neighboring room late at night required a call to the front desk for quiet hour enforcement, but not staff's fault.

Location was central to places we were visiting. Easy on and off highway.

The pool was more of a wading pool which still served its purpose, but it was just much smaller and shallower than anticipate. The pillows were also much smaller than I expected, seemed more like a couch or sofa pillow.

my fault for not researching more where the location was. Listed as Lancaster County, I wanted more closer to Ronks, but all in all not that far away The girl at check in and check out not friendly really and offered nothing like what time breakfast is, pool, rewards program, we did hear a different worker as we were going out, he was very friendly and explaining to the guest what the place offered. Wish he was the person there when we checked in lol

I thought your ad saying free "breakfast" meant the usual waffle machine, bacon/sausage, cereal choices, maybe eggs, bagels, toast, fruit, juice, milk, tea. coffee....but there was only 1 banana, some apples, a few packets of instant oatmeal, packaged blueberry muffin (no butter!) NO Milk for the oatmeal either and yes, there was 3 juice choices and coffee and hot water (but only warm) and NO milk for them either! (a creamer container was available) The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, Hardly no TV channels thou.

Staff were great. My housekeeper Rita did an awesome job. The place is being renovated, and it looks so much better than the last time I stayed. The room is huge.

The doors to the rooms swung freely and were loud when it was closed. So in the middle of the night when people were coming in, they would just let the doors go to their room and it was slamming wake me up.

The bed is extremely comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. Checking in took no time at all. It was a good place to rest from a long hot day at a family reunion. The air conditioning was superb. Thank you.

I couldn’t get the shower to work. My cousin had to show me how to work it. I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water. She figured it out easily, but I had a cold shower. We are both 73 and both felt there should have been some kind of grab bars in the shower.

Good location within a short drive to Spooky Nook. I was down there for the NASP State Archery Shoot and certainly would have been cool to stay at the Warehouse but paying for the room out of my budget did not allow it. Great price and the room they put me in was right off the lobby, short walk to morning coffee!

It looks like at one time they had a full hot breakfast available but it was only a continental breakfast. For the price of the stay I can't really complain about it. Other than that it was pretty nice.

The location of the hotel and the space in the room were great. The staff was friendly. The coffee was available all day. Also, I liked that the hotel had breakfast, but unfortunately, there wasn't much choice of breakfast items, although they were always fresh.

One of the nights, the neighbors, who stayed opposite my room, kept my family from sleeping most of the night. I don't know why, but the hotel staff did nothing to calm the noisy neighbors, who were running up and down outside, making noise there as well.
