The staff are SO kind and genuinely helpful, they made us feel so welcome and cared for, I have never had such a warm experience from a hotel team. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, I'm someone who usually can't sleep well in any hotel, but I felt the bed was the most comfortable I've ever found in a hotel. Everything was perfectly clean, to a very high standard.

A little bit noisy, the other guests at the time were not being respectful of other people staying. But once we mentioned this at reception, we felt that the matter was being taken care of. Also the bathroom tiles are a little slippery, care is required here.

Nice little hotel, centrally located, great for Metro to Roland Garros. Easy walk to Le Marais. Room was a single bed but it was actually a good size for Paris and had a spacious bathroom. Very helpful reception desk. I didn't have time for breakfast but there's a cafe on the doorstep and boulangerie nearby.

It's on top of the Metro so you could hear the trains rumbling through, not too noisy in the corridors, carpeted but i needed earplugs overall. Bed was hard and thin pillows, I do wish more hotels, especially European ones would invest in decent and supportive pillows it makes such a difference.

Out dated room key system , where you are told you must drop off your room key on leaving the hotel. On returning you can just give your room number to get the key. In my mind this is a security risk with no requirement for ID. City tax for Paris also is a strange way to welcome visitors to a city , many tourist friendly cities like Bayeux , Copenhagen and London don't charge city tax to tourists , a good strategy in my mind especially considering the EU wants open borders and free movement within the the union.

Hotel is located in a good location, easily reached by metro/bus or taxi. Rooms are very clean and good sized. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We have our transportation to / from airport, and Versailles arranged by Rafiq, who was very kind, friendly and professional. (Thank you, Rafiq, for all your help). Also, there are many restaurants, cafes and bakeries around the hotel. The metro is outside the front door of the hotel. The hotel also serves breakfast daily and they have a restaurant adjacent to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommended the hotel to anyone, if we go back to Paris we will stay there again.

Location was great. We had the corner room and it had a lot of space. It was close to the train station which was handy.

Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with small details, they were always eager to help and did so with genuine hospitality. The room was clean and well-kept, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and restful stay. It wasn’t overly luxurious, but for the price I paid, it offered excellent value and more comfort than I expected. The ambiance of the hotel was calm and inviting, making it a relaxing place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Hotel Paix République to anyone looking for a centrally located, fairly priced, and hospitable stay in Paris. The hotel is just outside the subway station. There are renovated rooms and older rooms. The renovated rooms are very nice. The old rooms are indeed old. There is a great cafe just outside the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked very last minute in the early hours of the morning due to safety concerns from a different accommodation, and the staff on call was very accommodating. They also guided us on which trains to take and at what time to check out to get to our flight on time. The Republique train station is right outside the hotel and the view from the room was very nice too. Our experience with Hotel Paix Republique was overall very positive.

The air con wasn't too strong in our room, even at the max setting. It was a bit loud at night from the night life outdoors but that isn't the hotel's fault.

A charming hotel with Parisian vibes in a very convenient location – with the metro stop right outside the door. Having access to private parking was a bonus, as we left our car and traveled around the city by metro. We got a room with a balcony and were quite charmed with it. On our first night, there was a thunderstorm and we watched lightning in the dark Parisian sky. The staff were really kind and helpful, and the cleaning staff did a great job, the rooms and bathroom were immaculate.

Our room was small and it got a bit crowded with the luggage. The walls are quite thin, so wear earplugs or earphones. The elevator broke, but the receptionist helped with our luggage.

Right outside a metro access staircase was handy. The room felt like a decent size for in a large city. Air conditioning was great and the bathroom a bit tired but the shower good. Bed was comfortable and room safe meant we didn't have to worry about things like passports.

Being Brits , we like our breakfast cuppa. But the kettle provided and every day refills of tea/coffee (ta) were only supported by small paper cups! Bring your own mug! Room maybe a bit tired, but nothing bad. But this is being really picky to make sure we've filled this section up.
