Due to an eventful coach journey to Puno we arrived just as the hotel restaurant was closing, we hadn't eaten much all day. The hotel staff were amazing and let us order dinner on arrival, we took our bags to our room and by the time we returned the food was ready, the staff went above and beyond for us staying back late and for this we were very grateful.

The road to the hotel (and other large hotels in that area) was unkept and lots of potholes. You do need to get a taxi if you want to go into Puno but this also made it quiet at night which we appreciated.

What a great experience 👍great value for money! The room was nice and heated, the food was really good. There is a nice area with and fast Internet in front of a chimney with fire in the evening. It's so nice to sit there. In the evening the restaurant even had nice music one evening with traditional songs and music instruments it was a rabbit nice experience to watch. The area is calm but it's really nice and you can easily get a cheap taxi to the city if you want. The hotel staff was incredible. They are so nice and helpful. Everything we asked for they always tried their best. The manager was incredible too he was so helpful, such a nice person we were so glad. He helped us organise private transport to bolivia which was very difficult. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything 🙏

We loved our one night stay here, it was the perfect location for us visiting a Uros Family on the reed islands, we arrived late in the evening, in a storm and both exhausted after a long day of travel from Colca Canyon, the door man took our bags immediately and once checked in he took them all up to our room, which was so helpful. We were invited for a welcome drink at the bar which was a lovely touch and very welcomed, 2 pisco sours made for us perfect! We sat by the lovely lit fire , very cosy and then decided to have our late evening meal there, which was also good. Our room was so cosy, very clean, warm and comfortable beds with nice fresh smelling sheets. A kettle in the room with tea bags was also welcomed in the morning as we skipped breakfast us being so tired. The staff even called our room after breakfast time to see if we still wanted any, but we had to leave for the Uros Islands, the hotel let us leave our big bags there for the two days we were away, so we could walk the 10 mins to the port very easily, then on return to collect our bags, they kindly called us a taxi to get back into Puno centre! The best hotel so far on our big trip around Peru! All very friendly, pleasant staff and a cosy atmosphere. Highly recommend especially if you are going to the port to stay with a Uros Family.

The bathroom needed an upgrade, old and tired. Toilet seat uncomfortable, bath very small. But clean and hot water at all times.

The staff were amazing! They went out of their way to accommodate us. Our train arrived 6 hours late at midnight and they had a driver waiting for us at the station. They provided pisco sours or lemonade as welcome drinks the next day and waiting in our room was a beautiful plate of sweet treats. They have a wonderful breakfast included each morning and a restaurant and bar. They provided a ride to the airport an hour away (all included in the low per night rate) and a breakfast box and water bottles since our flight was so early. Hot water and heat in the room which many places don’t have and it gets very cold at night. The best sleep I’ve had the entire trip and a very clean comfortable room. I almost forgot to mention a view of Lake Titicaca and just a very short drive to the city center. I can’t say enough on how happy we were to be here!

Nice location, but a bit impersonal as a hotel. Nice buffet and friendly staff. You get a complimentary welcome drink (small size) and the showers have really warm water and pressure, which is great !

A bit outside of the center (turned out better than expected because the city was enjoying carnival festivities and we where away from the noise)

Hotel was very clean. Was out of the main part of the city. This was good because it was quiet but hard if you wanted to get anywhere. Had to use a taxi. The breakfast was great. The menu for other meals was OK.

While everything was clean it lacked character. The distance from other restaurants and forms of transportation mad a taxi a necessity. The staff was very good about arranging the taxis. They did a different thing here they swiped card when we went in and out. I am hoping I am not double charged.

The personnel is very attentive, helpful and kind, everyone smiling and fully polite. The lobby is very cozy, setup next to the bar, a very nice place to enjoy a drink. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable big bed. The airport transfer is a big plus.

Everything is well organized and arranged, so not much to notice what could be better during a one night stay.

We had 3 rooms and found some old furniture. One day we had a heavy rain and it passed through the ceiling and poured over some areas of the hotel

The staff is very attentive. They booked us a nice tour with excellent service. Rooms spotless clean and new, we had room 308.

Breakfast could be improved. Bit standard, breads not so fresh, limited options in cheeses, no porridge or other healthy breakfast. Even the fruits were limited in choice.

Excellent front desk staff. Excellent food. I would stay again. Beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent!!!! I stayed longer-- staff really were excellent. I was sick from altitude and staff really were excellent. Dining area is wonderful.
