very clean rooms & bathrooms, clean sheets, good room temperature, no outside noise in the rooms, very good soundproof doors, good quality of the breakfast products, very good location of the hotel (near the train station).

No slippers in the room, the space where the breakfast is being taken is too small (there were times when literally there was no free slot where to sit and have breakfast, poor communication within the reception staff and lack of knowledge for some of them (even from the first day when we arrived, we announced that we won't be able to take breakfast in the last day so we were given some files to fill in based on which we would receive some take away food. However, when I went to the reception to check out and take the packed breakfast, they were not informed and we were not given anything).

The place is absolutely fantastically located, close to the public transport. The hotel room was clean, fully-equipped with everything we needed. It’s a gem when you compare the standard to the location and facilities.

The breakfast was quite repetitive, as the same foods were served every single day; although, it’s understandable and the food was still very good! We asked for a frukostpåse for my sister to pick up before she had to leave early in the morning; and although a man helped us to organize it and she made her selection; in the morning there was no bag waiting for us, which was quite disappointing.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but we encountered two issues during our occupation. Firstly, the pool was closed for construction, which was disappointing. Secondly, there was a significant price change that we hadn’t anticipated. Despite these challenges. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

The price-quality ratio is very reasonable. Don't think it's outside of Stockholm; transportation is very easy. You reach the hotel with a 10-15 minute train ride. After leaving the station, turn right and you're at the hotel in one minute, and turn left and you're at a large supermarket in another minute. There's a fantastic shopping mall (Mall of Scandinavia) just one stop before you go to Ulrikstad.Stockholm is a relatively expensive city, so instead of paying exorbitantly for breakfast (coffee and croissants) at the train stations, you can enjoy the hotel's excellent breakfast. The price is very reasonable ($16).

Getting to the hotel is easy, but you'll have to walk a long way from the metro or bus at the central station to the train. It might not bother you once a day, but if you're going to return to the hotel, rest, and leave again every now and then, it can be quite tiring (and especially late at night,You return to the hotel in the meantime because it gets dark)

The hotel was clean and two minutes from the train station. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. The receptionist who welcomed us was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. The cleaners were very nice and friendly. They smiled every time you said Hi. The hotel was very quiet at night.

The dining area is very small for such a big hotel. You have to sometimes wait for a table. There was a bad smell of dump on the corridors the whole time we were there. Water leaked out of the shower cubicle every time we had showers.

The room was very clean. The staff was really polite, caring and engaging, they helped us and responded to all of our requests, politely. The restaurant offered a wealthy variety for breakfast. Prices were logical and overall we consider our stay value for money. The hotel is located at Ulriksdahl train station (2-5'mins by walk). So, only 10-15' from city center with very frequent commute. We definitely recommend it to families visiting Stockholm.

The only negative for us, due to location not the hotel, was that we had to use a taxi for our morning flight because there was not early trains to the airport.

Amazing hotel! Right near the subway station - you can easily get to the airport (30 mins) or city centre (literally 10 mins by train). The hotel is amazing. I was shocked at what we got for such affordable money. High-level room, bed, bathroom, tea/coffee and refrigirator (so of course you can take breakfast ocasionaly, but you also can buy something for bread with tea in the morning), and a designated work area within the room. There is also a SPA - so you can spend some time in the pool or sauna for a few hours, at an affordable rate. I absolutely would come again!!

I liked the beds, they are very comfortable and soft, as well as the pillows. I also liked the breakfast. Very convenient location both when traveling from the airport and when wanting to get to the city center. Two minutes to the train station, a few minutes by train - and you are in the city center. It is great that there is a shopping center nearby where you can buy fruit or drinks, other food products.

Since I do not like and am sensitive to extraneous sounds, I did not like that you cannot turn off the mini fridge, which is right next to the bed. If it were not for its sounds - it would be a great stay.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location. Clean, comfy beds, luggage storage available. Very friendly staff. The rooms and hotel lobby are very nice and welcoming. Fantastic location: 4 stops from the city centre, one stop from a large shopping centre. Direct train connection to the airport. Quiet rooms despite the proximity of the station. There is a grocery store and a good pizza place opposite the hotel. The food at the hotel is tasty. We are delighted with our stay.
