Generously sized room, good breakfast and a very convenient location for exploring Boulogne.

The rooms are soundproofed, the heating is adequate, my room had good views and was bright and airy. One receptionist, Aortsoa, is so good at his job, always helpful and professional, he is fantastic. With his quality of service the hotel feels more like a 4 star hotel when he is working. Overall I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely go back.

The other night receptionist seemed a bit less good, the restaurant kitchen is supposed to close at 9 but I went to order something at 8:20, he informed me that « he likes to close it at 8 » and so I had nothing to eat that night. The lights were on in the restaurant, the chairs were still on the floor and i could smell the toaster was either still on or had just been switched off yet he refused to make me a panini. He made me feel as if I was staying in a prison that night, not a hotel.

The gentleman that was on reception in the afternoon 21st August was friendly and very helpful ,the room was good and had space very clean

The early morning staff was not so good, why they waiting and hour before asking my husband what room number we were only to ask me 10 minutes later while we were still there! And I couldn't get a cup of coffee as I had to wait for 4 minutes it was only coffee, the breakfast was lacking spread soft cheese, it's better at calais (ferry port) ibis there was more choice. Rooms only had 1 pillow each

Stayed 3 nights here , great base for exploring the area. Close to Boulogne Port , Old Town and many restaurants. The room was very clean and the twin beds comfortable. It was very basic but we knew when we booked it. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, we took a travel kettle so first cuppa in bed then ate breakfast out. Visited Wimeareax , Hardalot, le Touquet, Cap Gris Nez to name a few. A great base.

Thin walls , fortunately our neighbours weren't late night people but we did hear them and in the early morning too.

Would advise you use the enclosed fenced car park My car was damaged outside the hotel, wing mirror snapped right off the vehicle and was done from the pavement not the road. During the evening Didnt use the vending machine machines, no drink facilities in the room

Basic but just what we needed for our 1 night stay to watch the climax of Stage 2 of the tour - we arrived early morning before check in but we were allowed to park in the car park - the staff were lovely and friendly

Fairly close to the centre. Able to take bikes into the room (ground floor) and quite a good choice for breakfast. Friendly staff and easy check in.

No A/C to cool the room. Quite a busy road outside.

The room was larger than some of the ibis budgets we have stayed in. The beds were quite comfy and good quality bedding. The location is fairly good. Just a few minutes walk to local restuarants. Secure parking. Breakfast was OK for the price.

We booked quite late. So I shouldn't complain about having to cart our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Plus our fan, as there isn't any aircon. 5€ to park the car. This is usually included in the price. No kettle in the room. But there was a drinks machine downstairs. The shower needs refurbing. Quite expensive for what it is.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and quiet location. Great food/snacking service

No bed side table in the room to put phone, watch etc on. Don’t understand why not but it was very missed. We booked partly due to having parking but was told when we arrived the car park was full apparently but the car park had over 10 spaces that night, all night, and we still had to park in the street. Needs to be a lot clearer if parking is or isn’t available and how to book it and who has priority.
