Very neatly maintained property with access to sea (no sand beach). Swimming pool, restaurant and plenty of space. Clam and quiet place to enjoy Amed. We would love to visit this place again.

We reached late (11pm) due to flight delay and we had informed the property as soon as we landed in DPS. Rooms did not have drinking water and the person who assisted check-in from hotel just said " he cannot help as restaurant is closed"... we managed with limited water we carried along with us. A jar of filtered water kept in room would have greatly improved the experience. Booking was done including 11yrs old kid, and confirmation received as this is accepted with-out any additional cost. While at hotel, they charged breakfast for the kid.

We loved the view from our room (we were in the ocean view room), the pool, the service from the restaurant and the location. The hotel is across the road from an atm and well stocked supermarket. There are lots of good restaurants walking distance and, although a bit of a longer walk, walking distance to good snorkelling spots. But the highlights were watching the sunrise from our balcony each morning and sipping cocktails by the pool.

The room is quite outdated and could do with a bit of a makeover. Some furnishings were dirty or mouldy. It didn’t impact our stay too much but would be much nicer with a new curtains, lamps etc.

Location and value for money.

The fact it was advertised ...'and dive centre'... yet there was none on site! We booked this place because it stated a dive centre. They put us in touch with an instructor via a phone call, but this proved inadequate as we couldn't hear them properly. It also showed a lack of professionalism on the dive centre's part. We walked out of the resort and straight into a dive centre directly opposite, which proved very good from the word go. Update the title of your resort to not include dive centre!

We had a very pleasant time at this location. Very convenient to some good restaurants and the Adi store across the road has everything you need including a bank machine.

The restaurant could see some improvements but the staff is very helpful.

Even though our room was a garden view, it was close enough to the beach to hear the ocean and see the beach from the door! The place is beautiful and so quiet. We'd love to come back.

The restaurant got very limited options. The location is good but not right in the middle of Amed. Limited transport options but the hotel help with taxis.

amazing grounds and bungalows! the pool and restaurant was beautiful and laying around the pool listening to the ocean waves lap up on the sand right next to you is amazing. The resort has money change and snorkelling gear you can hire and if you step out onto the beach the locals will approach you to give you boat rides to the amazing snorkelling places or sunset cruises. Amed stole our hearts. their is no local transport though so maybe try to hire a scooter before hand.

Well maintained rooms and gardens. Restaurant is lovely. You have a great view of ocean while eating. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Supermarket straight across the road from hotel and great warangal 50 meters up the street.

nice room and nice grounds, overlooking the sea everything worked well. convenient to have the restaurant on premises and the food was as good as anywhere else in Amed. very beautiful setting. above average convenience store across the street good place to rent snorkeling gear.

the beach was not walkable because of all the rocks- no sand. took car from hotel to Lipa beach daily (75,000Rps each way) for sandy beach, snorkeling and boat trips. My eyes and ears are sensitive and the pool aggravated them.

We scored. There was almost no guests. The room was perfect. Very clean. The gardens are immaculate. The staff are wonderful. Great snorkeling just 5 minutes down the road. ADI mart straight across the road has everything you need or want. Cheap beer😁

Expensive beer. The tv was annoying.

The pool was the highlight! We went everyday! The breakfast was good! The AC was the best we had out of all our different stays in Bali!

The wifi was AWFUL! Kept on dropping and not reliable. The bathroom was not the greatest either, needs an upgrade.
