We just loved staying in this gorgeous newly renovated villa for 8 nights. The sea views out across the other villas are to die for. The pool and outdoor patio areas were hard to tear ourselves away from. We organised transfers and scooter hire through the complex, with nothing any trouble. The location was perfect for us, out of the main area and easy to get around with a scooter. The warung (restaurant) attached to the complex can easily arrange breakfasts and is also a great place to dine. Our other favourite dining spot was Galanga. We're definitely returning to Amed!

We were here in July as a family group of 10, including 4 children between 4-7yo. We stayed at the big villa down by the water for a week and absolutely loved it. The place accommodated us perfectly. Wayan and his term were incredible hosts, and it was super easy communicating with Wayan via Whatsapp - from organising airport transport before we arrived, to laundry, to shuttles, to breakfast. The villa itself is beautiful, better than the photos. The kids enjoyed the pool A LOT (a little deep so swim vests recommended for little kids). The adults were able to do some swimming/snorkelling off the rocky beach. If you stay here, you'll fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in the super comfortable beds! We loved the outdoor showers. Breakfast can be ordered from the warung at the top of the drive, making for very leisurely mornings, or you can stroll down to Lipah in 10 mins if you wish. Epic massage place around the corner, as well as some delicious local warungs. Supermarket and pharmacy also within a couple of minutes walk. Wayan helped shuttle us into Amed when the truck was available, or organised local drivers. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Small note for accessibility - the big villa is down a steep driveway.

Excellent private facilities - full kitchen, 100m from a great little shop and 10min walk to others so could make whatever you wanted which was great. Shared a nice pool with only one other villa which was nice. Restaurant attached and also gusto down the road were amazing.

We stayed in the smaller one bed villa, it was quite buggy (lots of mosquitos and big cockroaches) and felt a bit tired/old. The boat we booked through the hotel was definitely more expensive/less helpful than someone we could’ve got in town/from the beach down the road. The ‘beach’ access was through the garden of the end villa so felt like we were really in their space, plus it’s not a beach, very much rocks but you can walk 10 mins down the road to a better beach and the snorkelling is fantastic!

A spacious villa with amazing views. Very clean with daily cleaning service. Comfy beds with mosquito nets that do their job. The pool was also great with warm water and again, amazing views. Friendly staff.

I would suggest to install some kind of curtain in the outdoor bathroom, in front of the WC. Everytime I needed to use it, I wasn't confident that no one can see me (as there are other villas located above). Even if that wasn't the case, a curtain would be great for the peace of mind. I was also missing a safe.

overall, the experience was very pleasant. Will close to most activities and restaurants. It was only a short walk to the beach and beautiful coral. Staff are extremely friendly and supported us with all our needs. having access transportation is a must be getting around to see the sights.

Our two bedroom villa was well -designed and the outdoor kitchen was a bonus we appreciated. The pool. shared with the neighbouring villa, was lovely, as were the views from both levels of the villa . We accessed the beach from a path on the property, hired snorkelling gear and went in to the water very close to the villa - and wewent out on a snorkelling trip the next day with a local guide. The villa staff were helpful and friendly. We loved our stay.

The location is slightly out of the main Amed Beach area but the villa staff were helpful in arranging a taxi for us when we eanted to go out.

We loved the villa itself, such a lovely spot and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with ocean view.The private pool was so so great.So many pluses to this place.The staff were always there to help with a friendly face.They even presented me with a Birthday cake and candles, I was overjoyed!

The only improvement I can say that it needs is a much bigger air conditioner upstairs in the main bedroom, it seemed a bit too warm considering the size of the room perhaps.

Our cottage was really well equipped with everything you need, even a small kitchen. The location was good, a bit away from the main beach, but it was easy to reach by scooter and there were several restaurants (we can highly recommend Warung Sabar) within walking distance. Communication with the owner was smooth.

Nothing too dramatic. Some of the furniture could use a little update and take earplugs just in case. Note that there isn’t really a beach in front of the property (but Lipah Beach is nearby).

I liked that it was outside of Amed, but yet easy to reach by a short scooter ride. The view was lovely and you can snorkel straight from the hotel grounds which was great too. There’s a few little place to eat nearby, a great local massage spa, and Lipah beach is only a short stroll away. Amed is also a nice town and much quieter than the busy south west of Bali

Very nice villa with swimming pool, very clean, kitchen available, restaurants very close. Staff very friendly and supportive, very often asking if we need something. Beach with black sand and nice snorkling opportunities. No problem to order massage or trips.

There is no beach, possible to go to the sea, but almost not possible to swim. Staff inform us about it, beach is not far, aprox 450 m.
