A well equipped apartment with a lot of storage space, terrace, and a large bathroom. Close to beach and stores, restaurants. Only problem was that the proclaimed jacuzzi was unavailable- when I asked the “hotline” if I can use it, they didn’t even answer.

Beautiful villa with superb garden (very nice swimming pool, lots of space to relax and cute doggies to cuddle and play with!). Lots of plants around, makes you want to stay forever! Room was spacious and clean, double bed was comfortable and a huge wardrobe to store your things. Fridge with a freezer was a huge bonus. Staff were friendly. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and some shops, as well as plenty restaurants. Also, the area was quiet which was nice. Air con was really powerful and worked well, only was a bit difficult to figure out how to use it.

Room doors were very loud and sometimes a struggle to open, which was annoying as we always had neighbours close by, and were worried to disturb anyone. Would definitely recommend booking ensuite rooms with own bathroom (sadly for us they were way too pricy during August month, and we feel like we slightly overpaid for our room with shared bathroom but good thing is that out of 4 rooms upstairs, shared bathroom is meant for 2 rooms only, as the other 2 are en suite). TV didn’t work well but that’s fine since we stayed for only a week. An air con was a bit difficult to understand (had no words on it), so instructions would have been useful, but it did work really well. Some items from the facilities list were missing, like toiletries, so make sure you bring your own.

Overall it was clean, quiet, nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

There was a used towel on the bathroom floor and the spare blanket was dirty when we arrived.

WONDERFUL 600k euro property. The OWNER was absent. Never saw him. No microwave or fridge in ROOM. Overall, pretty nice place--especially if you have a car. BUS STATION not all that far. TAXI STAND near BEACH AREA. 5-6 euros to bus station from TAXI area.

OWNER should print a map that goes thru the PARK and leave in entranceway. MIGHT have been helpful to show beach, best restaurants, CARRFOURES grocery and other points of interest to get us OUT of this suburban neighborhood, thru the PARK, onto the BEACH and other amenities. Perhaps a few brocures in the ENTRYWAY to show us things to do... (I didn't have a PHONE w/ me.) Just a few BROCHURES and a MAP of the surrounding area.)

The garden and the view are awesome! I went alone by myself as a woman and i felt really safe and well in this great villa and area as well. The rooms are really clean and it smells so pleasant. markets and stores are close also the beach! Airport just 7 mins with the car! it’s perfect. The hosts answered me really quick to all my questions and needs and they were understanding in every way. The Patio is really comfortable and invites to chill nights at the pool <3 Thank you very much!

Owners were very nice and communicative! We took a bus from Sevilla and then the C1 train to the accommodation. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes (20 with luggage). I'm not sure if there was much nearby - it seemed residential and we were only there for an overnight before our flight. We easily grabbed an uber in the morning for a 10 minute drive to the airport. The building, property and room were all beautiful. Greatly exceeded our expectations. Big bathroom, big bed, and this probably has nothing to do with the owners, but there was a very friendly cat outside that made us very happy. :)

I was unwell when I arrived and one member of staff was really helpful, the room was so comfortable and lovely and quiet. It is a small villa and was very peaceful more like a home from home.. A very cute little dog resides here as well. Very close to the beach and has a nice park opposite as well.

I found it difficult to find as not sign posted or clear from the road, I did receive information on How to find it via a message, I just hadn’t read it properly.

The property was a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful beach, a supermarket was also a 10 minute walk away. The room was very clean and accommodated with a fridge and a tv. The pool was clean, as well as the bathroom. Wifi had some problems but the hosts made sure to inform the guests about that. The city center was a 20 minute walk but there were busses and trains too.

The dogs are always waiting by the front entrance, (behind the gate if you don't like dogs) absolutely sweet and welcoming. Very nice owner and staff, tried to be flexible with check in/out time. Towels changed and bins emptied everyday.

The Jacuzzi, sunbeds and pool looked abandoned. The Jacuzzi wasn't even working. Wish they worked up outside so it looks like the photos.

Super calm and crowded scenary around villa. AC worked magically, shared bathroom was spacious and extremely clean. Proximity to beach - less then 5mins, to train station - around 10-15mins. There is also a big shopping area, just a few train stops away. Cinema, karting, food - just 5 mins train ride.
