Self check-in was very practical! We just received the PIN to open the front door of the hotel, and the card was nicely waiting for us in the envelope! The hotel is very clean and cozy, and the room as well. They provided us with all the practical information on very nice cards in the room (such as WiFi, places to go to eat, how to check out, etc.). The beds were very comfy, and the coffee machine, free chocolates, and water were a very nice touch. We also liked the neighborhood; there are many good restaurants, a supermarket, and a drugstore close by too! 10/10

Everything was perfect!

The staff in the hotel was really nice and thoughtful. Everything was clean and neat. Well equipped in the center of Lochristi, shops and restaurants are nearby.

The AC was not yet working and it was pretty hot despite the extra ventillator , but I think it will work soon.

Great location for the businesses I was visiting right there in Lochristi & Ghent. I really liked the ease to check in, even without a front desk. Breakfast was good and was able to find parking without problem.

I wished I'd have known that there was a fair happening that night, but at least the windows were fairly soundproof when closed.

The room was really comfortable. Enough free parking space in the backyard of the hotel. Very easy checkout - drop the key card into a box.

Some noise from other rooms, but not too bad. There is no reception, you have to check-in online before you arrive. Not a problem in itself, but should be clearly stated in hotel desciption.

Clean, quiet, spacious room, really comfortable bed, friendly staff, good sized bathroom, really good breakfast, good location for what we needed (Bellewaerde theme park) and parking.

No reception and no entry details provided prior to arrival and had to make international call for building code. Although we arrived within advertised check in hours, we were unable to check in on the self service tablet provided, but the room key was available.

Beautiful property, easy to use and access. Very clean! Easy access into gent by bus. Plenty around Lochristi, such friendly people.

Only negatives were the fridge was not working and could do with air con because was very warm, but a fan was provided. Everything else was perfect!

Allthough an online incheck hotel. I got great help with everything ( forgot an item after checkout, the door was opened for me by activating the card from a distance )

The hotel is perfect for it’s purpose ( we had a wedding nearby )

Comfortable hotel without staff present, but very friendly and swift messaging via booking messages. Comfortable beds, great bathroom and lovely beds.

Leaving passport details online via mails or systems always gets me worried, however Bloomhotel is using a renowned system for this so I trust all is in good hands with ‘mews’.

Large free parking at the back of the property, 15 minutes by car to Gent city center. There is no reception, online check in went smoothly. Room was spacious and had quality materials (i.e wooden floor and no carpet). Nice bathroom and shower with quality soap and shampoo.

Our room overlooked the main road. I slept well but I guess at times it can be noisy.

The owner was very nice and helpful. She gave us good travel tips. Good breakfast. Bus stop to Gent in front of the hotel. Online check-in was quick and easy, the key was prepared at front desk. Parking is placed in the backyard.
