It was clean and quiet. Went for thanksgiving weekend to see family and forgot about the large football game the next day. Never heard a peep from anyone or thing. It’s next to restaurants and shopping which I thought would’ve made it noisy/busy but not at all. The front desk staff was available and cordial anytime I had a question. Free laundry supplies if you pay for the machines. Nice indoor heated pool. Plenty of common areas to relax or sit by the fire.

It hasn’t been updated like the Courtyard a few miles up the road, not a dealbreaker however. I will say the beds/pillows are some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever laid on.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, very clean hotel, with the exception of the carpets. Could use a good cleaning or replacement.

Beware when booking the "Breakfast Included" rate, when we went down for breakfast, the lady at the bistro told us we get one free breakfast. At check-in the night before, the clerk told us we had the free breakfast rate for up to 4. There is a different charge for a room with breakfast versus no breakfast. No where does it indicate it's one free breakfast per room. Either offer free Breakfast for all or none. Doing it the way you're doing it, without spelling it out as one free breakfast per room, regardless if you booked one or more occupants, is misleading, cause for confusion, and is borderline fraudulent. The staff however, was professional, the manager checked into it and gave us two free breakfasts. The customer, nor the hotel staff should have to deal with this issue.

Location is too good . All Stores & restaurants are at walkable distance. Friendly , Flexible & neatly behaved staffs at Front desk & Bistro restaurant (Debbie & Rosie).

My husband ate, I did not, but he said it was good although it was a bit pricey.

We’ve stayed here several times due the location being near our family. The bed has always been very comfortable, but this time it seemed hard and not enough covers. My lower back hurt the next morning and my husband mentioned the same problem with his back. Hopefully it was just a one time issue. We will continue to stay there, unless this issue becomes ongoing.

I though that breakfast was included. But in reality there is no lack of food in the area and your cafe was open. Add the cost of breakfast and the room, the price was still reasonable.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Never waited in line long because someone was always available to support the front desk clerk. Very clean and restaurant was tastie. Was concerned about highway noise but did not bother me at all.

I stay here often and for some reason there is no water pressure and the bath tub drain does not drain very well and I have to stand in the water

It is the perfect location.

The shower and toilet drained slow or were running. Need someone to monitor regular maintenance.

I liked how clean and friendly the staff was, the price was even reasonable with having a balcony.

A microwave in the rooms, bigger refrigerator and free breakfast.

The breakfast was fine and the kids' menu was perfectly suited for young kids (4&6) as well as older. I would suggest less honey in the yogurt parfaits. They were delicious but way too sweet.

I really have no complaints. From the time we arrived (9:30 PM) and needed some food to the swim in the pool and our breakfasts, the service and folks at the hotel were wonderful.
