This was just an incredible experience altogether; possibly our best hotel experience ever. Christophe and the staff was so sweet and accomodating and made us feel right at home. We were spoiled with delicious breakfasts, charming service and we were even brought fresh flowers on our last day! <3. The common areas had a self service bar and soup, snacks and coffee available at all hours. The patio was lovely to sit in and everything about the place was just so tranquil and effortlessly elegant and tasteful, from the floor tiles to the furniture to the plants in the back yard and patio. The room was super clean with comfy beds and all equipment we could ask for. We could have just moved in there to live!. Even smelled fantastic! Location is also superb, on a central, narrow street with limited traffic but right in the middle of everything St Emilion has to offer. It was just a fabulous few days. Wish we can come back soon and that it will be able to stay this amazing little gem that it truly is. Thank you so much!

Can't think of anything. We were able to bring our dog, charge our car in the parking space and we were offered a free wine tasting of the Badon wines. There really wasn't anything that we missed or didn't like. We just had a really, really nice stay!

The building has been renovated very well. With a beautiful airy minimalist feel. There are toiletries and accessories supplied in the lobby in case you forgot anything. The breakfast was simple but all tasty. The nespresso machine in the room comes in handy for early starts to explore the vineyards. The hotel sits right in the heart of the village of Saint Émilion. The parking area is spacious and directly accesses the hotel. Also, the complimentary wine tasting next door includes wines from a premium boutique producer in Saint Émilion and a range of vintages. The woman at reception was also very helpful at finding me somewhere to get lunch when I first arrived.

Breakfast was very good but we were not offered fried/scrambled eggs on our last day. The range and quality of food available was excellent otherwise. The location was very useful for sightseeing.

The room was quite small. I would have expected a wider range of toiletries to be available in a 4* hotel.

Warm welcome where the receptionist came with us in the bedroom and explained everything, allocated car park (rear of the hotel), comfortable bed, room immaculate (very clean), chocolates in the bedroom, bottle of water with mint and lemon (very refreshing), very quiet bedroom and common areas. The hotel is situated in the heart of Saint-Émilion so you can walk all around the village. Well done to all the staff that work at the hotel and thank you for the amazing service.

Clean simple nice aesthetic for rooms. Quiet. We missed the free wine tasting so be sure to get there before 4pm! But overall really liked the hotel for a quick stay. Convenient.

Had to a wait a bit for someone to open the door for us (I guess we came 4 hours later than expected arrival but no one was at desk). Otherwise staff was helpful. Parking isn't free btw - you need to pay extra.

Our entire stay in this boutique,friendly hotel, which is situated in centre of village, was most enjoyable in every possible way. The staff were very helpful, the standard of cleanliness was excellent, each morning the breakfast was fresh and tasty and parking facilities are directly behind the hotel with easy access to the hotel lobby.

Excellent breakfast. Whilst all the staff were pleasant, welcoming & professional. we always looked forward to seeing Ruby at breakfast, with her unique personality & great service. Housekeeping were better than we had anywhere else. Many thanks for marking the final part of our European holiday with such a wonderful hotel & staff. Good staff can be hired, but only good management keep them this way.

Everything: indications to get there, use of the parking and for late entry, cleanness and quality of room and equipment, nice breakfast, excellent location, very friendly and attentive staff, information on what to do in St Émilion.

They had left the lights of the atrium over which was our window so we had to choose between opening the window and having lots of light of having the window closed and have not much air... Perhaps they could have a system so that the lights are off automatically after some time, would also be good for energy consumption.

The value was excellent. One of our more affordable stays in France, yet the hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I really enjoyed their little lounge areas, the garden/courtyard, their breakfasts, and free laundry service.

Hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the town. The breakfast is not opulent but it's good and you have plenty of options. Laurant was very helpful in checking us in and you have parking in the back of the hotel if you bring your own car.

Would have prefer a full shower instead of a tub.
