Clean n cozy . Good location

Lack of trust .. just wanted to use a broom to clean up my daughter’s cracker mess and next thing you know there was 2 ladies at my door with the vacuum trying to come in .. told them no it’s alright and I’ll have to clean it later because my spouse was just exiting shower , nude. As I go to shut the door the one lady proceeded to stick her hands in the door preventing me from closing it .. had to express again that spouse was nude and they could just clean the room when I checked out at this point . They seemed lost so assuming they don’t speak English very well.

The beds are double as advertised not queen, however comfortable enough. The gym and pool were great. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee available at all times 24/7 a bonus. We stayed for the Indy500 and the location was excellent, 22min drive to the speedway.

Shower was ok but did the lever to make it shower not bath didn't work quite right. Rooms are getting a bit dated, however it is an older property.

We stayed in an accessible room on first floor. Everything about the room was well planned for someone with mobility issues-wide spaces, railings in bath; plenty of space to park a walker and still be able to walk in the room. Besides the accessibility, there were plenty of towels for a one night stay, rather than the 1 of each per traveler. That is much appreciated. The breakfast was plentiful and varied; the gentlemen who was working in the area was very helpful and gave information about what food was being prepared.

The door that we went in had a large truck with equipment on it parked across most of the parking spaces. some of the equipment was plugged into the hotel outlet and the extension cords were stretching and up high, making it so you had to step up about 2 feet high to climb over to get in the door. My daughter is handicapped and had the hardest time trying to climb over the cords.

Good location, overall clean facility and good for the price.

I have stayed many times at this facility and other locations. This time I found the bedsheet was not changed after the prior occupant with several folds and wrinkles and hair. Contacted front desk and they quickly provided me another room in perfect condition. I will still return to Hampton inn as this was a single occurrence.

Jun greeted us upon arrival with enthusiasm. Checked us in, gave us water, offered M&M cookies. Suggested a great restaurant near by. Gave us a very nice, quiet room on the 4th floor. (408) Ask for it. It has tray ceiling soft night light. Very comfortable. We are traveling 1400 miles and everything was to our liking. Breakfast eggs had tomato and peppers with cheese. Sausage was very good too.

Clean, spacious room. Plenty of towels. Liked oversized frig. Very attentive breakfast room worker, he helped a young mother with child set - up a high chair. 6am breakfast was nice because we had to leave by 7am. Parking near doors.

Sadly, the bed in my room was the worst I have had in a Hampton Inn. The bed was NOT supportive with one person on it then when my spouse was also in bed it was uneven and totally uncomfortable.

Breakfast quite monotonous but edible. I'd say typical US hotel breakfast service. The room is nice, clean, although quite dark. Acceptable WiFi signal.

The dining room was situated just off the exit/reception area. While I was there, the entrance door broke down. As a result, the temperature at the tables near the door dropped to about 2 degrees Celsius (35 Fahrenheit). Not very pleasant. What I missed was coffee. If I had to suggest something to the staff, it would be to throw away the thermoses in which coffee is served and buy a regular coffee machine that grinds coffee beans while you wait. At the cost of $1000 + the cost of coffee, your breakfasts could become unique within 50 miles ;-)

It was quiet as I requested. Water pressure wonderful in shower. It was relatively comfortable . Would stay there again

It could use a little updating but it is less expensive than other hampton inns that are up to date. Bed a little hard pillows small and soft

This is our second stay at this hotel. Easy location off I-65. Lots of shopping/restaurants on the same exit. Hotel is clean; pool is refreshing; breakfast is excellent; lots of choices. Staff is helpful. Comfortable rooms.
