Reception staff were excellent. They assisted us with any query. The hotel was clean, in a great location on the seafront. Breakfast was more than sufficient. The rooftop pool was very clean but could do with more shaded areas. It was exceptionally hot for early July. Whilst there was a breeze on the beach, there wasn't a breath of air round the pool and it was far too hot to sit in full sun which was a pity.all in all we would stay here again.

The restaurant in the evening was poorly attended. There were as many staff as customers and yet service was still poor. And sadly, the food was nothing special.

Big room perfect for 4 friends, excellent chooice for buffet breakfast. Friendly staff who were very helpful and good rooftop pool and lounger area was easy to get a lounger and relax on roof. Even had a rooftop bar for drinks next to the pool. Also they were dog friendly which meant my friend could bring her small dog with us. Will stay again thanks!

Nothing as it was just perfect but on the rooftop bar it would be good if they offered simple cocktails too as they did not have this.

From the moment we pulled up on our motorbike we were very impressed. The hotel is located directly on the seafront at Roses, very easy to find and next to the main route into the resort. We were able to park our motorbike securely at the Hotel at a reasonable cost. Checking in was easy and the member of staff explained everything very clearly and in detail. The room exceeded our expectations and the partial sea-view was better than expected. Air-conditioning good, room servicing good, rooftop pool and bar area very good and breakfast buffet style and very good. Overall a fantastic hotel right next to the beach and in the centre of the resort with very attentive staff which made our short stay everything we hoped for. Would love to come here again in the future.

The only thing that we did miss in this hotel, but again seems to be standard for hotels in Spain was the lack of a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

The property was well-located, the staff were very nice and polite. Breakfast was correct and with nice assortment.

I think cleaning can be improved, there were hairs everywhere, specially in the bathroom. Heating was also complicated, there was no way to change to AC and even when turned off the heat was unbearable, had to sleep with windows open.

Location is good. Parking, (close to hotel, and secure) is available for additional cost. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good choice of food at breakfast. An added bonus is the pool and spa area. Whilst the hotel is modern it has maintained authentic Spanish charm.

No where to park to check in. There were several dogs in the restaurant during breakfast each morning and they weren’t all under tables and well behaved. One was even eating food taken from the buffet from guest crockery!

Great location,staff were so friendly especially Marta on reception. Breakfast was amazing such a good selection and the area was kept clean and tidy.

Room 99 was good just a couple of items they may consider Towel hooks Shower over bath was fine consider a handle at entry point for safety Maybe a shelf adjacent to basin

This hotel is in a great location, right in front of the beach and in the centre of town, so easy to get to everything. Good parking just around the corner, nice breakfast and comfy room, friendly staff and lovely rooftop pool with views along the beachfront.

Shame the rooftop bar is only open in July and August though, wewere not aware of this before we booked.

It's position, rooftop pool, breakfast was plentiful, staff were very friendly

There was roadworks alongside the hotel and a bar area was being erected by the rooftop pool, so there was constant noise all day bar lunchtime. There was no escaping the noise except to leave the hotel

Could be a bit cleaner (changing the bed during the stay because of the sand from the beach)

I loved the room, it was very spacious. The owner was there every day to greet you and give you tips. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was really good. A great place to stay in Costa Brava!
