The staff was super nice from the woman who checked us in to the woman who cleaned the room. I liked the garden and the old colonial building, plus free tea throughout the day. It was very quiet at night, too.

We didn’t find the thicker blankets until we were packing up to leave. Also, wish we would have known how nice this hotel and the town of Calca was so we could’ve stayed longer.

I loved the gardens, the flowers, the front desk, my room, my washroom, everything was immaculate and extremely professional yet super relaxed and comfy. The view from my room was spectacular , the walk to the main plaza literally a few minutes down the street.

I liked everything however, I would recommend a place to put towels or to hang items in the bathroom.

Really beautiful house with a nice spacious room that had everything. The shower was really nice and had hot water at all times. The staff was super lovely and nice. The value for the place is great. Breakfast is good with bread, coffee, juice, avocado and jam which is perfect for vegetarians/vegans.

BATHROOM was smelly but it looked clean. No side bed lights just blue lights bulb lamp in the middle of the room ( but it seemed lightning is an issues all around the country: the placement of lamps and the bulb characteristic : too strong too blue light)

I made a reservation for my son. When he checked in, he was not happy with the room and the staff did everything possible and changed the room. Thank you very much for this. Since my son lost the card, they helped me resolve the issue with payment remotely. breakfasts were good. But there was one thing

My son stayed there for 4 nights and we needed to extend it for another night in order to move to another place. Reservations were available on all sites. And I made a reservation. But the administrator wrote to me that today is check out and that they will not be able to leave my son for one more night. They explained this by saying that they had a direct booking and all the places in the hotel were occupied and he had to leave. This is the first time I encounter such a situation! I thought it was impossible in principle receive an eviction notice(( my son got a lot of stress because without cash, he couldn’t even move anywhere with his luggage in 3 suitcases. He sat and waited on the grass. But the administration accepted the transfer to the yаpi and gave him cash if only he would leave quickly. This situation spoiled the impression of my son being in the sacred valley and he decided to leave for another city(. please note, this place continued to be available for booking

Amazing value, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were excellent. The water was hot and the shower pressure was excellent.

The hotel had a market right outside, this was open until around 10 and the vendors were noisy and slept in the street. The street cleaner came along at 3am and 5am on both nights causing dogs to bark and also banging about. The windows/doors had gaps and so any noise was heard in the rooms. Calco was not the best village on our trip, i wouldn't go again. Pisac is much nicer.
