lots of space and great location.

everything was in good condition, but felt a little dated. the only minor complaint is the air/HVAC system was very loud.

Size of the suite was great! Large bedrooms & bathrooms, large dining room. Good sized living room with fireplace. Somewhat small kitchen, but we didn't need a large one for our stay. Full size fridge was nice. In-suite washer/dryer was nice. Ample supply of towels. View off the balcony was exceptional. Very easy to check in and out. Perfect location near shopping, bars, restaurants.

Pillows in the bedroom could've been more comfortable. Could've used more hangers. No ceiling lights in bedroom & living room (lamps only). Makes it somewhat dark in there. We were only there for 2 nights, so we didn't need a stove or oven (not preparing any of our own meals), but had we stayed for a longer period (like a week), it would've been nice to be able to make dinners in our suite.

The view of the harbor was lovely! Beds were very comfortable. I loved the location, walkable to town. The pool was heated and I loved the sauna. The staff at the front desk were really lovely!

The bedrooms were very hot and the living room was very cold and drafty. We couldn't seem to change this. The heat system was very loud, loud enough to wake me up at night. The kitchen was not really adequate for what a family needs for a week's stay. There needs to be a cook top of some kind; an oven would be very nice. There was an electric skillet that exceeded my expectations but still was hard to feed a family of 5. As a result we ate out more than I would have liked.

Our suite was great! Exactly as advertised even the view! It was really clean, nice and warm, with an actual fireplace - that works! a little further from downtown but easily walkable. pool was nice and clean our microwave wasn't working and it was all fixed by the time we got back there was a lot of things in the kitchen to use but no hot-plate/burner for heating up water (say for pasta)...although there was a really nice portable grill thing, which worked well.

wish pool hours opened up earlier in the day 930-830 or lasted later.

It was perfect for family vacation. Great location, nice facility. Could use a little updating but totally fine. Great water views. Having only 2 suites on the same floor made it so easy for our family and children!

Check out time. I traveled with a large family in December. We were out late the evening before and unless I paid an extra fee we had to check out by 10A. This really made it a stressful morning. I wanted to make a nice breakfast, etc. We could not do any of it. There were plenty of rooms so I feel they could have been more flexible.

The location was great just off Thames street in heart of Newport walkable to most locations. Spacious place with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and full kitchen. A little dated but overall nice place.

Pool had screaming kids at night very unruly wanted to take a swim but it’s was really loud and they were not bing supervised. I’ve had young children and they didn’t behave that way.

The staff helped us by booking our room across the hall from our daughter's family. It made it easier to visit with each other and share meals, and enjoy game times together. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool, too.

We would have appreciated a small bottle of dishwashing liquid in the kitchen and extra face cloths in the bathroom. The bathroom, with the walk-in shower in 514, needs the floor tiles replaced. Many of them are cracked. The chain to the flue broke so we only got to use the fireplace once.

Large suite with fully functional kitchen and two bedrooms was perfect for family travel. I really appreciated that the staff included a crib per our request as we were traveling with an infant. Location is great, just a quick walk to Bowen's Wharf and the surrounding restaurants. We came in the off-season and did not see many other guests, so we took advantage of their heated indoor pool which was great! Did not use the gym but the condition of the equipment looked like it was in good shape.

Furnishings in the rooms were a bit outdated but not a big deal, we didn't expect anything too upscale/modern.

Had a 2 bedroom unit, great for a multigenerational family. The location was excellent; we could walk, push wheelchairs, and use mobility scooters to get into town. The pools were excellent, one outdoor and cool, the other indoor and warm. Had a baby pool, not a hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. We came by car, and it was great because you could park at the venue and walk everywhere. The traffic was horrendous, and it was very crowded on July 4. But we had fun anyways. Only problem is we should have stayed longer!

Loved the room and location. View was spectacular. Super friendly staff and amazingly quick check-in. Newport is a great town and the hotel is near to everything. I would have liked to see a little more at the resort for kids. Space was limited but maybe a small play area (swingset)? Also, the biggest deficiency was how dated the suite was. It was large and comfortable, but getting old. Kind of had an 80's look.

Air conditioning came on with a roar every time and was disturbing. The fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen were old. Some missing linoleum on the countertops, stained cabinets in the bathrooms. Dripping faucet in the tub. The unit was very comfortable but had an air of needing modernizing.
