lots of space and great location.

everything was in good condition, but felt a little dated. the only minor complaint is the air/HVAC system was very loud.

This hotel was in a great walking location to everything on Thames street. We got the basic suite. The master bedroom with a king was comfy and large. There was a kitchen with a microwave a Keurig and a coffee pot which I loved. A full fridge and all kitchen utensils. The living room space was great and the balcony in the back had a beautiful view., albeit it was a bit small for a suite. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked very clean and a decent size with chairs.

We went away with 6 adult women. The second room was definitely for kids. It has Two twin beds but it had its own bathroom with a double shower head which I would imagine would be good for quick showers for multiple children. The room said it was for six people but the other bed was the pull out couch. I really doubt it was a queen I am guessing it was a full as the two people sleeping on it could not move an inch without touching the other and it was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel really needs to get a better pull out if they are offering it as a sleeping option. It’s what moved their overall rating down as at least 2 people were very uncomfortable every night. I would recommend if driving bringing an air mattress instead.

The location is fantastic. A flat walk right into the heart takes 5 minutes. The rooms were huge with a separate dining table and the room also had clothes washing facilities and a small kitchen. Perfect for our month long trip with 4 kids. It was the perfect place for our stop in Newport. The kids also loved time in the pool. There was an elevator to our room and parking was so easy outside which was free. I would 100% stay here again.

There was nothing I can say I didn't like. The rooms were big, clean and had everything we needed.

Size of the suite was great! Large bedrooms & bathrooms, large dining room. Good sized living room with fireplace. Somewhat small kitchen, but we didn't need a large one for our stay. Full size fridge was nice. In-suite washer/dryer was nice. Ample supply of towels. View off the balcony was exceptional. Very easy to check in and out. Perfect location near shopping, bars, restaurants.

Pillows in the bedroom could've been more comfortable. Could've used more hangers. No ceiling lights in bedroom & living room (lamps only). Makes it somewhat dark in there. We were only there for 2 nights, so we didn't need a stove or oven (not preparing any of our own meals), but had we stayed for a longer period (like a week), it would've been nice to be able to make dinners in our suite.

Only one evening there was a problem with the renters above our room up to 130 running back-and-forth and lots of kids screaming I called the front desk no answer but eventually I got somewhat an extension 100 they told me they would send over security within a half hour I did not hear the noise again. I did not hear it the following evening The people across the hall from us kept opening the door and just letting it go slam very very loud but other than that, it’s a very nice facility not everyone obeys the rules.

The view of the harbor was lovely! Beds were very comfortable. I loved the location, walkable to town. The pool was heated and I loved the sauna. The staff at the front desk were really lovely!

The bedrooms were very hot and the living room was very cold and drafty. We couldn't seem to change this. The heat system was very loud, loud enough to wake me up at night. The kitchen was not really adequate for what a family needs for a week's stay. There needs to be a cook top of some kind; an oven would be very nice. There was an electric skillet that exceeded my expectations but still was hard to feed a family of 5. As a result we ate out more than I would have liked.

We enjoyed the beautiful view. Had one balcony in this unit that overlooked pool and the water. Liked that there were two bedrooms and bathrooms. We had an issue with the AC and someone came to fix it that day. The fireplace was great! You can purchase logs at the front desk. Super friendly and accommodating staff which is always appreciated!!

The dryer had to be put on several times for towels to dry.

Our suite was great! Exactly as advertised even the view! It was really clean, nice and warm, with an actual fireplace - that works! a little further from downtown but easily walkable. pool was nice and clean our microwave wasn't working and it was all fixed by the time we got back there was a lot of things in the kitchen to use but no hot-plate/burner for heating up water (say for pasta)...although there was a really nice portable grill thing, which worked well.

wish pool hours opened up earlier in the day 930-830 or lasted later.

It was perfect for family vacation. Great location, nice facility. Could use a little updating but totally fine. Great water views. Having only 2 suites on the same floor made it so easy for our family and children!

Check out time. I traveled with a large family in December. We were out late the evening before and unless I paid an extra fee we had to check out by 10A. This really made it a stressful morning. I wanted to make a nice breakfast, etc. We could not do any of it. There were plenty of rooms so I feel they could have been more flexible.

The location was great just off Thames street in heart of Newport walkable to most locations. Spacious place with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and full kitchen. A little dated but overall nice place.

Pool had screaming kids at night very unruly wanted to take a swim but it’s was really loud and they were not bing supervised. I’ve had young children and they didn’t behave that way.
