The service at Cloud 7 was exemplary, from the parking attendant to the staff at reception and the attention to detail. We were upgraded to the most fabulous apartment and wished we could have stayed longer. We all agreed we would come back! Everything was amazing including the access to the Hyatt Plage which was a short walk away (the hotel is next door to the apartments).

Breakfast was not included so we went to a place in the village complex but it was very expensive and very slow service. Worst we had during our stay in Jordan, but they were very kind - just slow.

Ayla is beautiful! It’s definitely something to see when visiting Aqaba if you’re not staying there! The service in cloud 7 is extremely great! The staff is very helpful, you ask for something and you get it straight away. It was high season when we went and they still managed to do a great job! I definitely recommend it to families. Also the apartments are so clean and spacious! The cleaning team did a great job every day cleaning and packing the room.

It only gets a little noisy at night when it’s high season, although you can have the option to get a room that is a bit far from the center.

Every thing was perfect

I recently stayed at Cloud7 in Ayla, Aqaba for two days, and I had an amazing experience! The location is stunning, with beautiful views and easy access to the Marina and beach. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.

The breakfast. It wasn't a buffet. Instead we were handed vouchers to get breakfast from restaurants. There were only two options and the food was not good.

We had a wonderful stay at Cloud 7, which is strategically located in the heart of Ayla Marina. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and it’s just a short walk to the beach, making everything easily accessible. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. The interior design is creative and modern, contributing to a welcoming and stylish ambiance. On top of that, the service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a top-notch experience.

Some minimal maintenance is required, particularly in the bathrooms and showers. A little attention to detail can go a long way, with small issues like faucet handles and tile edges needing some upkeep. Addressing these minor points would enhance the overall guest experience

Everything about the apartment was amazing. We had two apartments each accommodates 4 people as we were 8 friends and family members. The two apartments were separated from all other apartments by an external glass door which made us feel as if we are living in a spacious villa. The duplex had a fabulous terrace where we spent the late night gatherings. The staff is very welcoming and very much service oriented. We had a minor problem that was sorted out by the team in a timely manner. Few names to mention that really added value to our experience are Shua'ib, Abdullah, and the team at the reception.

It’s clean , beautiful , quite place for a quiet vacation, so many different restaurants , delicious food , specially breakfast , you can choose to have it in 3 different restaurants. and a nice shops around.

Our room was exactly near the bars street , and it was loud music all night . Even the whole place more quiet. Except the unit we had “jury “ . The pool and the beach inside the hotel , there was one pool for 2 places .

Great hotel. But....

Everything was great at this hotel. Although I had a room 1 floor above the bar and restaurant area. No lift to the apartment and had three bags. The music went till 1.30am and it was doof doof music. I didnt sleep all night. People talking loudly till 3.30am. Book a room away from this area. This eas a wednesdsy night so it would be worse Thursfsy and Friday. I was a tired trsvelker so ruined my experience. Woukd staybthete again away frkm this area.

If you have children , you have to upgrade to a bigger apartment and pay extra, which should be my decision in my opinion I did not upgrade because they were fully booked But paid extra for breakfast and pool for 7 yrs and 10 yrs old child which should be free. Pool was very far away in a different hotel
