The unit was immaculate when we arrived. Location is great, short walk to the beach and restaurants of Middleton Beach. Quick 7 minute drive to the core of Albany. Great to have laundry facilities on site, staff were really friendly. Shower had fantastic water pressure. Air conditioner was good too.

Given it's a beach town, supplying beach towels for guest use would be a nice touch. As we flew from abroad, we did not have space to pack beach supplies. Other than that we really can't complain!

Our unit at Park Avenue Apartments was spacious, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. The surrounding grounds/car park are also very well maintained. The location is in a pleasant, quiet residential area conveniently located between the town centre and the beach.

Had we been there in better weather walking in the area would have been nice and we may have used the bbq provided for guests. Some washers in the bathroom were due for renewal.

Fantastic location 3 min walk to Middleton beach to watch the beach sunrise. Very clean, no frills unit. Met all needs. Large fridge and freezer. Well equipped kitchen. Melissa is extremely gracious, gave highlighted maps, answered all questions at check in. Very prompt with requests eg providing oven mitt, fixing dripping tap. Parking for 1 car right outside unit. Large closets and drawers giving tons of space. Very quiet location. Windows opened for cross ventilation. Reception open in the evenings 2pm to 7pm. Would highly recommend. Hope to stay here again. Dripping taps in bathroom vanity and kitchen sink . Taps were stiff and hard to turn on and off and leaked even when tightly closed. Brad promptly came over and changed washer to ease stiffness a little. No recycling facility that we knew of. Electric stove and oven took extra long to cook the meal. Would have liked a night light. Only 2 hangers in closet. However, these things would not deter us from highly recommending these units and coming back!

Unit was meticulously clean on arrival which was excellent. Size was good and comfortable, thank you. Great location.

Freezing in the bathroom with no ceiling heater. Electric oven and hotplates - just not used to the slowness of them, sorry. Not the warmest welcome we have ever received when checking in to our travel accommodation, not overly rude, but very aloof.

This is one of our favourite places when we go down south to Albany. We've stayed here many times before. It's close to Middleton Beach and very close to Eyre Park, which is great for the kids. I highly recommend it.

Since reception is not always manned after 7pm, a lock box for the keys would be appreciated.

Everything....we loved everything and the beds are super comfortable. Our apartment was wonderful and cosy, the lawns and grounds are just beautiful. The staff is lovely and helpful. Was pleasantly surprised there was an amazing park 1 minute walk away for my grandson to play in the fantastic kids areas and see the wildlife lake and bridges. It was a little adventure park. Everything was just great. We didn't want fancy we wanted comfort and we got what felt like a little home away from home stay and it was amazing. It is easy to find and has good access easy parking. Had everything we needed to put our meals together and make teas and coffees. We loved staying here and would stay again.

Park Avenue apartments are in a good location. It's an easy level walk to the beach, Ellen Cove Boardwalk, Hybla Tavern, and Three Anchors. It is a great central location for exploring Albany and surrounds by car. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped plus there is a BBQ area if you want to prepare your own meals. The gardens, BBQ area, and laundry are immaculate. All guests during our stay were respectful and quiet.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and we loved everything about it. The bed was so comfortable, it had a good sized kitchenette, bathroom, lounge and dining area. The apartment was cosy and felt like home. This was our favourite accommodation so far on our long road trip across the Nullarbor. The property is also quiet and well located, a close walk to Middleton Beach and the lookout boardwalk. And great value!

- A cosy and warm unit - All amenities included - Comfortable beds - Love the desktop cube powerpoint on the bedside tables - Good location for all our sightseeing needs and close to town centre - Friendly customer service and very responsive to issues that were brought to their attention (the shower in the unit next door was throwing a tantrum that was felt across two units, this was addressed straight away after the occupants finished their showers)

- High-pitch noise from the shower next door whenever it was in use (this was even after the washer was replaced due to the above issue); ours had the same issue with the cold water so had to be very careful in adjusting it when in use. - Wifi is a bit patchy and can drop in and out - Bed cover is warm but smells musty

Accomodation was clean, in a quiet location and so close to the beach, with lovely eateries just a short walk away. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat and shop for groceries.

Free access to washing machine and dryer would have been a lovely little extra :) We had to pay to use the onsite washing machine and dryer - came to about $10 for the use of both.
