Our room was very spacious attached with a big bathroom and separated toilet as well as washing area. The hotel provided free flow of drinks and snacks in the afternoon and cup noodles in evening onwards. They also have free rental of PJ and shampoo bar, which are very thoughtful. My kid enjoyed the stay very much and she missed the hotel very much even after returning to our home country 😁

Location wise a bit out of the city central area, would be inconvenient for those without a car. No daily housekeeping service provided. Would be great if some English magazines and books are included.

Super friendly staff. Hotel is really a kids (2 - 9y) paradise. Stayed for 3days my kid didnt want to leave :) There are many games and toy's for the children. Kids can choose pj's en pillows. For adults there is a drinks bar from 7 to 9pm. Including al sorts of sake and wisky :)

Breakfast was not great. Most of it was cold (possible to heat up). Probably because we came in off peak season.

I was absolutely surprised by how big my solo room was! The staff were all really nice too, offering free drinks and cup noodles, even though I did not use them. In general just a great western hotel, and judging by all the things to do actually might be better to come with a family

The location was a little to far out of the way of everything. It took me an hour by bus just to get about anywhere interesting and since buses stop really early, I needed to take a taxi which ended up having trouble finding the place. As such, the place might be a little expensive.

Spacious, quirky. A little tired-looking but very functional. The shampoo bar is a fun idea- my teenage daughters enjoyed that. On-site laundromat was a blessing indeed after 9 days of travelling through 4 stops. The reception area was a great space for games, having coffee & relaxing. Lots of young children at different times used the facilities. Because of tge double door system, noise was never an issue.

The lack of a lift from carpark(L1) to reception (L2) isn’t a huge problem as we were travelling light. It would be tough if you had heavy luggage.

Breakfast was fantastic! Each of our family of 6 had our individual space within the room.

Would have been great if breakfast offered other hot drinks like tea and milk. When we were there, it offered only hot brewed coffee and soft drinks. But not a deal breaker. Each room has a kettle.

The room we stayed was designed really well. It was an interesting experience of the stay in the unique "camping" style hotel. There are many games and facilities outside the room that all guests can use. The breakfast was also great for the value. We enjoyed the way they gave it in the picnic box. The bathroom was spacious.

Generally, the impression was super great. The small thing - decorative equipment wasn't cleaned well from the dust.

The rooms were clean and big enough for my family. there were also many entertainment for kids in the lobby area, my kids love the playground and the snacks and drinks bar.

The lift was not accessible at ground floor so we had to lug our luggage up 2 flights of steps to get to the lobby area.

Best for family with kids. Many amusement facilities, picture books, games. I like microwave in the room . Free snacks and drinks. Laundry room. Bunk bed is kid’s favorite.

No elevator to the front desk from parking lot.

We loved the family friendly atmosphere! My kids loved the game options. The family room worked great for us!
