From the booking to the point of check-in they were so responsive . Superb facilities , the room was spotless and amenities were on point. Cleaning was done daily and they were all so polite. The staff should be commended from the front office to the housekeeping and even the security. Friendly with my over active spider man crazy toddler, he too enjoyed it so much. The courtyard was such a lovely place right next to nook their restaurant had such a lovely variety for breakfast. Hats off to the chef. Comfort at its best! The photocopy and printing facilities are to be commended. The bar and the choices so relaxing.

Honestly nothing.

This hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortably fitting three people with an extra bed. The breakfast offers a wide variety, from local specialties to international favorites, so there's something for everyone. The staff was also incredibly helpful, arranging a drop-off to the airport for our late-night flight. The major attractions in Delhi are about 30 to 45 minutes away by taxi, so it's a great option for a short layover in the city. Highly recommend!

While I really enjoyed the buffet dinner, I was a bit less impressed by the variety of meat and fish options, as most were quite spicy. Although everything was very tasty, I feel that for the price of the buffet, it would have been nice to have a few options for those who prefer milder flavors or less adventurous dishes.

Huge modern hotel in the modern Aerocity area. The rooms are perfect - big rooms, very comfy bed, free bottled water and perfectly clean. The housekeeping staff are very friendly. There is a nice, clean pool which was open until 8pm.

I find it strange that there is no footpath into the hotel - you have to duck under the barrier for cars to enter! I wrote some postcards for friends and asked at reception if they could send them for me and they charged me a fee - this has never happened at any other hotel I have stayed in so I was a bit surprised. There are really a huge amount of staff members who are hurrying around all the time (especially in the restaurant). It feels quite chaotic as they often don't communicate with each other eg whilst having breakfast, expect to be asked if you want tea or coffee at least 5 times by 5 different employees.

The hotel is located at Aerocity which is convenient if you have to catch a flight at Delhi Airport. Since we had a late evening flight to catch, we were allowed to do a late check out against an extra fee. Our room was comfortable and clean. The person responsible for our floor was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, from Indian cuisine to Danish pastries and everything in between.

I explicitely asked for a quiet room when booking this hotel, but they gave us a room at the street side where construction works were going on0 A quieter room came with an extra fee, which we did not want to pay since the room was already expensive. The open air swimming pool is not heated, which might be interesting to know if you want to take a swim when you are staying during the colder winter months.

The room was clean and all Toiletries and facilities provided. The staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. The buffet breakfast was very good and nice variety and Indian and continental foods. The shower was clean and plenty of hot water. The massage/spa facilities were fantastic and the staff very professional.

Our room on the 6th floor was very warm, we used the Airconditioning for the whole day but it didn't get any cooler so it was a little uncomfortable and stuffy. It was a little difficult to order coffee at the breakfast because the staff were so busy and not very attentive.

This hotel is ideally located near the airport, making it a perfect choice for a quick transit stay before an early flight. I stayed here for just one night, and the experience was seamless and hassle-free. The staff were professional and attentive. The restaurant served fantastic food, and as a lovely gesture, they treated me to a complimentary dessert from the buffet, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, it was exactly what I needed for my transit stay, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone in need of a comfortable, convenient stopover.

Taxi to airport service is a bit expensive.

By far and away the best hotel we stayed in all of India over 2 months. Rooms were extremely clean, beautifully decorated with modern cool vibes. Exceptionally comfy king size bed and sheets. Just great layout and vibe to the hotel and rooms. Pool area was super clean and cool. Great gym. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. All the amenities you expect from 5* hotel with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Perfect location.

Nothing we loved the stay thank you

Everything! The room is beautiful, spacious, the bed is super comfy. The pool was very nice and clean. I was spoiled at the restaurant with delicious dishes that the Chef sent me to try for free. The food was great, lots of options on the menu. The staff was super kind.

The only thing I didn't like was that the security team saw on the X-ray that I was carrying a drone and asked me to leave it at the reception and collect during check out. It was a bit inconvenient having to collect it upon check out, given that I was in a rush to go to the airport. Also, by default, DJI drones can't fly on areas near the airport, so even if I tried to fly it, it wouldn't let me, so there was no need to confiscate my toy ;-)

Pool and cleaniness

The reception was not friendly but rather interested in charging extra and stated that i should not rely on confirmations from booking.com for my booking and my request for rooms to be on the same floor. I had to pay extra to have the rooms on the same floor despite clearly stating my preference while booking online. The reception at chek-in refused to honour the online request and stated that online portals for booking should not be relied upon rather a direct booking with the hotel was recommended.

First, the rooms. I stayed at a "King Bed, High Floor" room for 4 nights. The king-sized bed was soooo comfortable. I have sleep problems, but I was able to get a good night's rest every night thanks to the comfy mattress and pillows. Maybe it was too comfortable, because I didn't want to get out of bed at times 😝 The room was always clean (thank you, Housekeeping team) and the A/C worked like wonders (cool and cozy was the atmosphere). Not a single dust was seen on the washroom area, and the toilet and shower worked well, too. The rooms also had all the basic amenities. Second, location. I was told by my tour driver that the location of the hotel is good, because it's right on the "entrance" of Delhi (under the assumption that you are coming back from Agra or Jaipur). It's also safe to stay at because all passerby goes through security check upon entering the building. Not only is the hotel close to the airport, but also has free airport pick-up/drop-off service. Third, room service & food. I had breakfast included in my reservation which, upon request, was brought to my room. This saved me a lot of time as I was able to eat while getting ready to leave for a tour. Room service was also exceptional. They're quick to answer your calls and cater to your needs any time of the day. The meals were not too salty or strongly flavored. I especially loved the fruit platter for its freshness and variety. Last but not least, staff. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I initially had an issue with the room, in which I was not given a "6 and above floor" room that I originally booked for. I didn't notice it myself until my second-to-last night, when I went over to the reception desk to request late checkout. The staff and manager were quick to fix the problem by reimbursing me with a discounted late checkout fee. Also, each and every staff are extremely responsive.
